Easy to use with wide range to select from

the delivery is not immediate and there is no acknowledgement mail other than a reference number in portal

A common platform where in the employee have the option to choose his/her favourite way to utilize the benefit.

Review on transaction system of Xoxoday plum.
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Xoxoday Plum for a very long time and the best thing about them is easy to use and their customer support is very great.
If sometime I have any problem then i contact their support system is very great also their response time is very great.

What do you dislike about the product?
According to me, there is nothing bad about Xoxoday plum that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xoxoday plum needs to pay in a direct bank account So that we can use that money for different propose.

It's customer support, which is very actively available for reverting by to its customers queries and stick till the ticket is solved.

Time taken for shipment should not be long.

It is very user friendly. Also the customer support desk resolves the issues quickly. It happens sometimes that we encoutner a technical glitch but here its resolved on a very efficient manner which has impressed me very much.

I think user should be also given an opportunity to select from certain widely used platforms vouchers like Amazon. I think it was not there. or may if its based on the gifted entity. Its not a big deal still it will be better if we can provide more opportunity to the user to select various gift cards.

Its allowing us to securely access a gift voucher and in a quick and efficient manner which has helped me more in terms of saving my time.

You can reedem your rewards based on the most convenient service or merchandise that is available to your location. A very accommodating, fast and helpful customer support when there are problems encountered on your transactions. Overall a very goor experience for me.

For me there is none that i dislike about xoxoday plum since i have not encountered anything that can not be resolved yet using xoxoday plum.
