Very quick, convenient and hassle-free!
What do you like best about the product?
The large variety of offeres and vouchers of different categories of products ranging from food and beverages to clothing and apparels, and from fashion and lifestyle to food delivery apps as well! It covers all major online Shopping platforms which the millennials and Gen-Zs prefers!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the vouchers like paytm and phonepay wallet coupons are chargeable, I as a consumer couldn't understand why the charges of 5% of the amount availed is levied on the coupons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xoxoday plum solves the problem of an organisation which wishes to offer an indirect way of rewards and incentive option instead of offering a direct salary based incentive.

Limited Problem Resolution in Complex Scenarios: Consider the case of a customer facing intricate technical issues with their internet connection. They decide to seek assistance through the self-service portal of their internet service provider. Despite diligently following troubleshooting guides, they fail to resolve the problem. In such complex scenarios, direct interaction with a knowledgeable customer care representative could have expedited the resolution, preventing prolonged frustration and service disruption.

New advanced technologies, overcome problem, my aim is clear, website should be garage free.

What do you like best about the product?
Its the most used rewards gifting & redeeming platform & have all the possible rewards redemption as an option for any country that you reside in you can redeem it as per your conveience
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i didn't like about the XOXO day is you can't redeem the rewards directly in the cash voucher & also it take time sometimes to deliver the voucher code

The best thing about the XOXOday plum is that it can be used as the gifting item which is the most convenient thing & you can easliy transfer to any person you want through mail & they can reedem it as per their convenience

Options for all of our employees to choose from as a gift is more and the communication sent to employees through both mail and phone number is an added advantage along with resend option. That makes sure the employee uses the given code.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the SMS and mails are delayed which disappoints employees on their next move. Any such delays should be communicated to us and that should fix the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding more and more options for gifting including the merchandise for best price available in the market. Most of the employees expect the amazon voucher to be a part of it and that is also on XOXO portal which is great too.
I would say that i have a very good experience with xoxoday.

I did not dislike anything about it but i recommend to xoxoday please register more companies for Pakistan

I did not get OTP on my mobile number xoxoday solved for me and it benefit me to order my gift coupons.
