Really good experience with the Plum
What do you like best about the product?
It could redeem a lot vouchers within it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may went error when I tried to redeem it, but staff is good enough to help me to solve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It went wrong after I redeem an voucher, I contact with the staff and he/she solved the problem as soon as possible, it is really good!

Their respond to the issues was very timely. Though there was a turn around time but still it was solve the problem i encountwr.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issue on delivering the egc but maybe this is from the merchant. Anyways, they resolve this problem and im satisfied.

Lots of product you can choose from, from food, clothing, shoes and gym equipment. Etc.

Sometimes the apps doesnt give instant delivery. So let say if I want to buy something, I need to wait for 1 week to use the coupon

What do you like best about the product?
I like Xoxoday Plum because it has a wide range of reward product offerings. You can access different rewards that are available and relevant either locally or even internationally which makes it one of the best platforms for global rewards procurement and fulfillment solutions. Furthermore, Xoxoday Plum provides one of the best Customer Service experiences, in my experience, as they provide immediate response to any queries you have. I like the fact that emails are promptly delivered and you a informed timely of relevant matters.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am disappointed by the fact that there were instances when I experienced issues in the redemption of reward vouchers due to tech-related factors and delays from their vendors. Also, the time of delivery on their site is not accurate. It would indicate that the item/s would arrive instantly when in fact, you would receive it after a day or two, or after you have filed a complaint on their Customer Service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently not experiencing any problems with Xoxoday Plum, hence I can name state any as of this moment. But my most recent issue was probably last month with reward redemption, and that was primarily due to delay caused by a certain vendor. The team immediately acted upon my request to investigate and that helped me be assured that my reward will be delivered to me.

I liked the fact that they resolved my issue professionally and courteously.Their Persistence in making sure that the terms were fulfilled was impressive and helpful.

It seems like the agent assigned to my case since initially understand the source of my issue.

What do you like best about the product?
I was able to use it as VISA international and buyonline items, so I buy right away my favorite thinks. Thnak you is great way to have employees happy I will recomend it :)

I could like to have AMAZON as an option also aditional options for Mexico. I contacted XOXODAY for support and they were always supportive and resolve my queries very quicly in a very professinal manner.

Employee engagement and recognition from the coompany on the effort and commitment. In my case I celebrate my 15th anniversary in the company. I think this work perfectly.

What a great job Xoxoday! At first, I’m a bit disappointed because it’s been almost a couple of years user that I don't experience any problem with this site, since I used this to redeem rewards from my Ipsos account. But suddenly, there’s a time when I can't use the eGift voucher I have redeemed, totally confusing, so I contacted their support team to help me with it. Within that day they have been emailing me so many times to update me about my query and soon my problem is resolved. I’m totally satisfied with their customer service. They ensure that my issue will be resolved as soon as possible. Nice service. Since I found out about Xoxoday, I've been recommending it to my relatives and friends. I like how to navigate their site, it is convenient and easy. And now that I have experienced their customer service, it’s a completely greatest marketplace ever! What I really love about Xoxoday is how they ensure their customer service is on track. They are attentive and impartial to their customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, aside from their great customer service and easy-to-navigate site, what I really don’t like about their service is the lack of instructions. Some of their rewards are inadequate. Hope that in the future the reward is totally specified. Overall, I don’t see anything being distressing about this site.

What has been the problem that I have experienced on using Xoxoday Plum is I cannot use my eGift voucher due invalidation and lack of instructions. And by contacting them, I figuring out how nice is their customer service, they are equity and attentive to my query, they often emailing about the update on my issue and ensuring that I will use my voucher in a fine way sooner, i'm totally glad to experience how they interact with their customer and happy to assist. This store is great and comletely beautiful!
