Xoxoday having a lots of partnership with famous brands, which others are not.
What do you like best about the product?
Partnerships with great brands and user friendly experience
What do you dislike about the product?
Will be better, if adding more partnership with fuel and gas brands.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping in the process of rewarding the employees on behalf of the organization, with user friendly software, and also having a good customer service team, which solves my issue quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
first time we are not generate the amazon coupon but your supportive team member takes a online call and solved this issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
whenever some one generate the xoxo coupon please note country automatic not selected it shoud be manual selection required so used dosent generate the other country coupon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are unable to generate the coupon and 1 by mistake USD $ coupon generate and which is not usefull for india amazon wallet. i hope this problem also solve to your team.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides access to a wide variety of rewards, including gift cards, experiences, activities, and merchandise which helps a lot in selection. Also, i find Xoxoday Plum to be user-friendly and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is although Xoxoday Plum does provide a mobile application, I find that the mobile experience could be enhanced further in terms of performance and user interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used xoxoday for employee recognition and its rewards to employees, before xoxoday we had to manually send gift cards to employees but now we can with single click send gift cards to multiple employees and employees also have lot of option to choose from.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Xoxoday Plum since last year, as it is used by my office for rewards. I feel it is very user-friendly & the interface is excellent. In addition, they have a variety of websites linked with them which gives a wide range to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can improve on their customer seervice.

For a small company/start-up, it is essential to keep their employees happy & rewards & recognition is the best way to do it. Xoxoday plum is giving that platform to help companies reward their employees in a way that can be beneficial to them.

I like the fact that all employees have the option to appreciate anyone in the company. We can run surveys & automate gifting. It is user-friendly for both HR and the employees.

Nothing much to dislike. I like that they are continuously improving the platform

It makes HR's life easy by automating the rewards & gifting. Employees can take vouchers of their preference against the points we give them on special occasions.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very engaging software. It's straightforward to use and gives the freedom to choose from many vouchers. Redeeming the reward and also the feature to transfer it to my wallet makes it very useful for me.

It's overall a good employee engagement rewards and recognition platform. The only thing which can get better is the customer support. It sometimes take longer to add credits to wallet.

It has a wide variety of experiences in the catalog section. So, we can choose different modes to redeem vouchers. It is also straightforward to share with other users. It also has a quick resolution facility.
A trustworthy reward programme
What do you like best about the product?
Its is very easy to redeem the rewards online. Almost all the merchants in the market associated to the this reward programme.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to improve the online support. All queries need to email.

Able to issue the rewards on the loyalty points very easily via admin panel

The interface is pretty intuitive. I get notifications about any additions. Its quite easy to redeem the cards as well.

Its great but if I have to nitpick, would live a wider selection to choose from.
