What do you like best about the product?
Interactive Dashboard and the important information appearance. Also, a good platform to appreciate the colleagues with the points will help them keep engaged. Good Work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. Everything Looks good. It will be better if we receive the email notification once we receive any update on the application. Also looking forward to use this application for future release

Easy to access points and redeem the same. Quick response from support team.

Nothing to deslike all seems to be good.

My rewards did take time but correct TAT was givenand was resolved before the TAT.

Big change in rewards and incentives structure
Many options and responsive customer service but the system still has some bugs to work out.
What do you like best about the product?
The Customer Service Team is very responsive which is appreciated greatly. We also love the variety of gifting options and customization available for landing pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found it frustrating when building a campaign that sometimes it doesnt save. If you have to make one edit, the entire building process has to be redone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The option to "break down" gift cards into smaller dominations with multiple vendors is AMAZING! They have a pretty large selection of gift cards to choose from and we love that we can implement our branding into landing pages.

I had a doubt to use a egift voucher and i raised concern to Cs team and I got a perfect solution in few hours only...That's amazing thing for a customer to get solution on time and in one go...

I will suggest, there will be an option to get refund if you have mistakenly purchased a egift voucher of a not willing firm like google play.i think it was google pay but after purchased I see ohhh...it is google play not of google pay.

How to use egift voucher of google play.Actually in google play , they were asking voucher code but by code it was not being added.so I raised a concerned to CS team and gave a quick solution .Cs team suggested just use voucher pin in place of code so it will be added and I performed same and it was added successfully.
Good experience. However challenges exist in some cases. I have been not able to login multiple time

It's a good gifting option which allows the recepient to use stores as per their use. There are technical glitches as well on the website.

Terms & Conitions. If a Adidas coupon is given, it should be applicable on all stores pan india
