Some of the steps to redeem the coupon code at the partner websites are not accurate. No support available in the weekend.

I could redeem my rewards within a few seconds of logging in. Later when I had an issue with 1 of the vouchers, the customer service at Xoxoday Plum was prompt and resolved it within 24 hrs.
