What do you like best about the product?
It was a smooth experience with customer care and the product. The steps to redeem code were laid out well and easy to read.
The user interface was also user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
The xoxoay plum portal can get a bit complicated as the categories are vast. A chat gpt could help on this case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee engagement and rewarding was done through xoxoday plum.

There is very simple step to redeem the points, and it is Easy to handle

I face some issues with redeeming the Voucher. After contact, the customer cares the issue is resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have an issue redeeming the voucher; after contacting customer care, they will reedem it from their end. It makes me easy

Has options for selecting minimum to max amount so loved it. I can also shop in various stores. Loved customer support team for following up till the issue is resolved.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease which you can select different vouchers depending on everyone's need or prefferences and the profesionalism of support team which answer promptly every question you may have and step in to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the moment I cannot say there is something I do not like just a prefference that vouchers are some how rounded and you will no longer need to pay the difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves my overall oppinion about myself receiving points which make me happy about my work and what I bring to the company also the fact that you can transform these points into real money.

easy to use and xoxo have partnered with a lot of brands that gives us a lot of great options to choose from
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe procedure to claim vouchers could have been easier as it was a struggle in the start on how to register as I wasn't getting the option
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From employees standpoint one can get xoxo vouchers based on performance so it incentivizes quality of work for me

What do you like best about the product?
the ui and ux
its userguide is the most useful thing ans the explaination on white papers is beyond one can imagine
its very easy to navigate , with just few clicks u can reward anybody from any geography witha. wide range of options for the users to redeem.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support sometimes is very slow
At times vouchers get deactivated or denominations get deactivated without prior info or any update
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me send out rewards to all geographies world wide in just few clicks helping me save a human resource and administrative excel sheets
