Lot of efforts in getting the points redemption and credit

What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is available however it should be 24*7

Every time raising an issue for redemption and credit of reward points

After raising issue it is resolved. However the TAT is somewhat high

What do you like best about the product?
It is an amazing platform. Once you've understood the platform, it is very fast.

The link generation is instant and you can track all the backend usage too. In-case of any misuse, One key feature that helps is that you can cancel/stop the link usage anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes even when the balance is there, we get an email notification that the balance is low. So maybe that can be rectified. Apart from this have additional provisions for increasing the voucher limit.

Example:
Amazon Gift Card (on amazon) - Limit is 5K/10K
XOXO - Amazon Gift Card - Limit can be upto 20K too. (This can help for corporates to give larger gifts in a single link, instead of multiple links)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that XOXOday is solving is for us to get most of the brand vouchers (obv which are onboarded as per the corporate) in a single place. As an events person the fast you can get the code links, the sooner you can send them out too.

What do you like best about the product?
I was given this tool when i took this position. It is awesome. There are several number of options available from a huge list of vendors. Many options, types and categories are available for the coupons that can be redeemed on the Xoxoday. The clients like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the tool and services are great, i sometimes find the platform is a bit slow to respond. I could be the internet connection but it does not show that. I also wanted some types of gift card and the list wasnt all exhaustive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expanding out reach beyond a single ecommerce platform. In my previous job, i had only one platform so it was not so easy to navigate. Xoxoday Plum solves that issue.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to reward in the form of vouchers and gives the freedom to choose from the wide range of brand associations, it gives a free hand to choose what they want to do with the value rewarded.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I have come across that I didn't like.

The variety of options to choose from is the prime outstanding feature and rewarding the employee even if they are working from Home.

What do you like best about the product?
Xoxoday has a very good variety and availability of experiences at different price points and also gift vouchers that can be redeemed very conveniently. And complemented by a very responsive and helpful support team. Indeed a great business partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major. A mobile app option will enhance the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee gets the choice of deciding the best experience he or she would like from the reward points given by the Corporate. I decide what experience to go for and when, rather than HR giving some standard options.

It is providing an easy to use platform that helps companies and employees both in providing reward system. It was missing for so long but since company has brought this up so it is really great to earn reward and enjoy shopping 🙂
