Lot of option to choose from but didn't liked the additional charges for vendors like paytm etc
What do you like best about the product?
A huge number of options available to be chosen from the list of vendors and including a lot of categories available for the coupon to redeem on the Xoxoday is a bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional charges on vendors or categories like paytm and others are quite disappointing and also for Axelerant we didn't had a option to redeem it either for the Amazon too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not limiting to one ecommerce platform, as Xoxoday allows redeeming the coupon on N number of sites and for the N number of transaction is the best part of the Xoxoday voucher.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If there are no additional charges for redeeming the voucher on sites like paytm and other then definitely its worth recommending product otherwise the experience is not that pleasant.

Nothing that I dislike.
Maybe the UI can be more friendly, and instead of CSV we can directly add excel sheets.
Also please get more brands onboarded it will be a great addition. Like urbancompany, shein etc

The product, from their one-click bulk upload to easy redemption. Its a A+ product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs improvement on Auto identification of content/drag down option to use prefilled content. Writing again n again is a bit hectic.

rewarding during hybrid setup, especially during real-time rewarding. Our people are quite happy users.

The most helpful part is Its the best trusted platform for the reward program. In my company we use this software for rewarding each and every individual for their work.using this the employee can get their rewards reimbursed.

There is nothing to dislike about this product. Everything is so good and their customer support is also good if there is any failure in reimbursement of the rewards.

In my company we recognize employees work and reward them using this Xoxoday plum. This encourages the employees to work more, its more trusted and easy to use.

The fact that you can send vouchers to multiple individuals at one go. The tracking mechanism also helps keep inventory.

Format at times plays spoil sport. Need to re format at times

The variety of vouchers is really impressive. The segregation based on categories helps in easy navigation. The customer support service is also very quick in providing resolutions to any queries.

The helpline number mentioned on the portal was not accessible. It would be really convenient to have a customer support number. I used the helpline email to reach out to support team

What do you like best about the product?
The agents were helpful and hands-on on my case where the voucher I have didn't get recognized by the merchant. I wasn't interested to use the same voucher with the same merchant anymore. I'm glad that there was a workaround and I was offered Grabfood vouchers instead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Based on my personal experience, I dislike that there doesn't seem to be a direct communication between the merchant and voucher provider. In cases like mine where the voucher did not seem to work, the merchant could have reached out to the voucher provider to further confirm and not just leave it where the customer would have no choice but not to use the voucher anymore. It's just very upsetting and traumatic for a first time user.

Not sure about this question, but I was redirected here from our Rewards team for the customer service assistance on my case. Experience-wise, the timeline and support were satisfactory.

Genuinely! i do not have any dislikes however basis feedback the only need which I can identify is to bring more Cash Card options and offers for people to buy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple Options for people to choose the reward and opt for the one which interests them the most. Also, this helps in increasing ESAT levels in the rewarding piece.

Sometimes due to technical difficulties vouchers are at pending status for a long time and one has to contact customer service to activate it.
