What do you like best about the product?
I have used XOXO for the redemption of voucher. It seems great because there are a lot of brands in many categories where we can choose what we like. Feels organised.
I was satisfied with the service I received when the gift voucher for one of the brand was delaying to be delivered. I mailed the xoxo team and got a quick refund for voucher so that I could redeem the voucher for any other desired brands.
It was very responsible of them to do so quickly as my voucher was expiring soon. Really happy with their service. Thank you!!

The gift voucher for one of the brand was delaying to be delivered due to technical glitch. So expecting this not to happen with any brands in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I love the options for gift cards. There are a lot of choices that are usable and of interest to me and my family. Very easy to view the pages of the website as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did notices some has expiry dates to the vouchers, I was confused about this. However the customer service team got back to me in the right time to resolve it before the end of the day that I was wanting to use it (movie voucher).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing is needing to be resolved right now for me, thanks. The benefits are that I can hold on to the credits on my account until the day that I want to use the voucher, and I look it up 'on the day', in case I change my mind to another vendor.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very user-friendly platform and also the best platform for rewards and benefits, It is quite some time as it's very easy to claim rewards and can be used even by a beginner as its very easy to understand, It keeps us updated on employee activities which are really helpful. I am really pleased by the wide range of options provided. My overall experience was great and it's very easy if you want to gift someone as it comes with easy claiming on rewards and also the verity of opts which they provide is really good. Just go for it and have the seamless experience that they provide on their platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things that I dislike about the platform but it can be made more user-friendly and UI can be worked upon and sometimes the coupons availing and delivery take a longer time which can be reduced a bit. And also the claiming of reward should include customizable values as it only provides round figures it's very difficult to select particular values. Other than that I don't think there is anything as everything else is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a very user-friendly website and has many benefits. It also keeps us updated on birthdays and rewards which is really beneficial as the current work from home we won't have the regular in-person meet with people to know them. And its very useful if you want to gift vouchers and also we have lots of variety to choose from which makes the experience, even more, better for the users. And anyone who is just a beginner can just follow the steps and claim the rewards. HR keeps us engaged which different activities which is helpful to take some break from regular work routine and engage ourselves in some fun activities which helps us in being more productive and engaging which is very important in this work from home times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommend everyone to use this platform as it's so user-friendly and best in terms of keeping yourself updated on what's going on company-wide and also claiming rewards.

What do you like best about the product?
Have been using Xoxoday for our engagement platform for almost a year now. The thing that I like the most about Xoxoday is its relevance.

With its vast range of Gift vouchers, it is really a one-stop for keeping our employees from different geographies happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing as such that I really dislike about Xoxoday. But yeah, it could be better in terms of the time required to get vouchers - especially if we are ordering for other countries it takes some 3 - 4 business days to get it delivered to our emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xoxoday really helps us to bridge our geographical gap when it comes to employee engagement. It's fast, its easy and hassle free.

Also, it gives ample of options to choose from too.

- If you have teams spread geographically, xoxoday is a great platform for engagement
- It cuts down on the hassle of deciding what to give as gifts as users can choose on their own

nothing at all it was waste of time and a gift from the organization

Everything is messed 1st the code getting procedure was not clear and at the end when I received it I could not use it.. So it seems it was faked,

Irrelevant question, unfortunately when the Team relised I could not use the code or have not used it there was no follow-up done

What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to access and the UI is simple enough for even new candidates can understand how to redeem their rewards and check on the activities of other employees. The registration process is straightforward and only takes a couple of minutes to set it up and access the portal. The way the rewards are sent out immediately once redeem without any delay or error in the process is very good with XoXo Plum. I hope this is continued throughout the period.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI and UX can be improved where we can add more elements like gamification and interactive demo for the new candidates. Also, the rewards can be displayed in a way that users will always redeem them right away. Add a bit more UI where you get notified if any events or communication happens around the user to be highlighted. The rewards provided for the survey or feedback can be improved since there are too many competitors out there who are rewarding the end-users much more than what xoxo currently provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's quite helpful to provide rewards to candidates every quarter based on their performance. It also helps to track the past rewards provided to the user and notify them via email alerts. The feature where there is no expiry to the points until it's redeemed is very helpful. This tool has improved the communication and the engagement/interaction between the employees in a great manner. It's very helpful when sending out rewards in a bulk way when you have more than 100+ users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an overall good tool that can be very handy when it's used properly. I would strongly suggest anyone who has never tried Xoxoday Plum to try it out once and I bet they will love it. If you are managing a bigger team it's always helpful to reward them using this tool and it's very user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
More options to choose for redeeming vouchers. I had a great experience redeeming the vouchers except some issue in reaching out to customer Care for some issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It's too good. There's nothing that I could say is missing. I loved the experience. Would love to use xoxo further as well. Thanks for the experience.

My vouchers were not working while i tried t redeem later i understood it's the issue with my organization where they've marked the voucher number invalid as i haven't used them for long.
