Easy to use, full of amazing redeeming options!!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to use and there are multiple options to go ahead and redeem my points. I use it on a regular basis as I receive a lot of rewards in the form of Xoxo vouchers as incentives. Recently I faced an issue with regards to a voucher code and contacted the customer support team for the same and received prompt support and resolution from the team. I like how so many different brands are integrated on the platform so there's lots of brands and products to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are any downsides as it is pretty easy to use and has a lot of options and the rewards are easy to redeem and implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in getting all my rewards and incentives in a single place where in I can redeem it how I like it and pay bills, shop and do numerous other things with it.

Most helpful aspects I would say are -
It offers a platform for recognising employee's for their hardwork, achievement and contributions towards the company. Which includes gift cards and other incentive which really gives us motivation.
There are wide range of products and rewards you can choose from.
We can choose a coupon and get it within minutes.
The interface is pretty user friendly too, one can easily surf through the website without any issues.
