Best platform for redeeming gift vouchers
What do you like best about the product?
I received a gift voucher from my company and it was easy to redeem it on Xoxoday Plum. Found lot of options from different brands.. received code within 1 hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about the platform. Used it one time and it did the job perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to solve the problem of gift-related issues since our team is scattered across different countries. It's easy to send the vouchers within minutes without worrying about the operations behind it. Would recommend.

It’s a quiet unique experience used first time and i guess its a pretty good idea for corporates to gift employees like on festive occasions highly recommended loved it cheers

My experience is quite good so i don't think there anything need be improved however the processing is little high to issue a voucher so it can be improved otherwise good

Benefits of using Xoxoday is we can use these voucher anywhere we want which is pretty good it flexible and many brands are registered with this platform so its easy to use

Easy to redeem the gift voucher. And the gift catalog is huge and has gift vouchers from every brand.
The support team is also quick in resolving the queries that I had.

Sometimes it takes a little bit of time to receive the voucher code. This is something that the team can improve on.

As a company that has employees all over the world and are working from home, it gives a lot of options to redeem vouchers catered to a specific country. Bonus points for having including wellness vouchers.

There are plenty of brand vouchers that a customer/user can choose from. The catalog is extensive and covers a wide array of verticals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were more vouchers on instamart, flipkart, amazon, netflix etc. Also, wished if the validity period would stay for extended periods of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some vouchers should be limited to 1 or 2 given that they are subscriptions. Gift vouchers should not be charged a higher nominal fee
