- Flexibility to offer credit points which the employee can use whenever he wants
- Social engagement when the employee gets rewarded in front of his/her peers

Easy to redeem points and simple process.

Otp was not sent on time.I received otp after 2 or 3 attempts.

I realize that xoxoday is the best process to redeem points and get rewards in a simple manner.

Available redemption options are good but in each option/category limited choices. obviously xoxoday needs to increase their network.

They way they were treated/redeemed for is not very attractive. Literally for 25K I got some 21K etc, the shopkeeper encashes it for less and the product rate is also not competitive because we have to admit that we have these coupons upfront and they come to know that we do not have much options etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the way how simple it is to integrate the xoxo platform into our company system, and when we started using it we liked the wide range of vouchers and services available for the purchase.
When I have faces issues while using the platform, I have reached out for their support team, who has understood my problem and ensured it was resolved ASAP.

I feel like the registration and login page can be improved. It sometimes feels very different from the login and registration we are used to.
