What do you like best about the product?
Professionalism, quick response, solving the problem and keeping me informed while solving the problem.

My experience with them was nice and I did not encounter any situation that made me dissatisfied

I had a problem collecting a gift voucher, and the customer service team was able to solve it faster than I expected, which enabled me to benefit from the voucher.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the convienience to reach xoxoday instantly and enquire for the query which are been addressed very quick and instant responses with immediate solutions and guidance with very satisfied customer support at anytime and anyday.

None as such that I dislike about them eveythings are perfect and satisfied

Xoxoday is solving many problems and issues with mainly Rewards and Incentives program, Loyalty Management and Employee Recognition where they bring exclusive programs, guide and resolve any issues related instantly and satisfy the users and company with Immediate solutions.
Smooth experience with the customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Xoxoday offers gift vouchers for the surveys which i submit based on my point value. They have an excellent team of customer support professionals who diagonize and provide solution effectively

there is nothing which i do not dislike about

I had an issue with my gift coupon not loading and They provide correct diagnosis of issue with regular followups and resolved my issue too

I liked the ease of redemption of the voucher and the customer support.

The voucher took longer than estimated time to get delivered

What do you like best about the product?
The technicians/team behind the website are friendly, helpful and available all the time. They have a really fast email turnaround time and always follow up emails to make sure customers are satisfied.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that caused me a little dissatisfaction was that I experienced a technical glitch that took a little longer than 2-3 days to fix, however, the team were ceaseless in getting the issue resolved and they did :)

Amazon gift card (third party) wouldn't load the redemption code but in the end they did.

What do you like best about the product?
The most liked feature of the this is we have a large number of option to redeem the gift vouchers. It is easy for both to issue the vouchers and redeem the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is that on Amazon it is applicable only for shopping and not for other payments. Also when we encash vouchers on phonepe, there is some deduction.

It solves the problems of issuing vouchers to multiple employees at the same time. With this it can be done in short time.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Xoxoday is that it is very easy to use, and the website's UI is also user-friendly. I would also like to add that the additional features available on Xoxoday are good as well. The whole process is very simple and clear—just click on 'Redeem,' choose the brand, fill in the OTP, and boom, it’s done. The ease of integration with other platforms was impressive, making it seamless to incorporate into our existing systems. Plus, I find myself using it frequently because of its straightforward interface and the smooth experience it provides. Implementation was a breeze too, with minimal effort needed to get everything up and running. I have already recommended Xoxoday to a few of my friends and family members.

The only issue I faced was when I was redeeming one of my vouchers; the 24-hour window got stuck, and I was a bit worried. However, I emailed Xoxoday customer support and received a response within four hours. They asked me for some additional information, and later, I received an email confirming that the issue had been resolved. Everything went smoothly after that.

customer support was incredibly responsive, addressing my query within half a day. impressed by their daily updates on the issue, demonstrating their commitment to resolving it promptly.
