Great way to reward

What do you like best about the product?
Available redemption options are good but in each option/category limited choices. obviously xoxoday needs to increase their network.
What do you dislike about the product?
They way they were treated/redeemed for is not very attractive. Literally for 25K I got some 21K etc, the shopkeeper encashes it for less and the product rate is also not competitive because we have to admit that we have these coupons upfront and they come to know that we do not have much options etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not really sure what time means again.

simple user interface, fast delivery of e-voucher, staff behaviour

Sometime xoxoday don't send the voucher details to mobile through sms

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the way how simple it is to integrate the xoxo platform into our company system, and when we started using it we liked the wide range of vouchers and services available for the purchase.

When I have faces issues while using the platform, I have reached out for their support team, who has understood my problem and ensured it was resolved ASAP.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the registration and login page can be improved. It sometimes feels very different from the login and registration we are used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the rewards points on our platform, into the vouchers.
