Was successfully able to redeem gift card
What do you like best about the product?
Gives a way to mass distribute gift cards to employees
What do you dislike about the product?
I was not able to successfully able to redeem on my first try. Their customer support was helpful and quick to respond though, and my issue was resolved after a few days of troubleshooting

Xoxoday helps to mass distribute gift cards to employees digitally. This means we don't need to physically hand people gift cards to reward them.

Did not find anything such one thing may be considered that on first attempt there was technical error

It was very easy to use. Flexible in changing country to redeem rewards. My query with Customer support got resolved very quickly.

Nothing in particular. Overall good experience.

The support response was good. Exact time of resolution. Follow ups was a HUGE PLUS!

None, at first I thought that they wouldn't mind about the errors I sent yet it turned out to be exactly opposite!

Its about tickets and its errors. It benefits me a lot because of how fast and accurate the solution is.

I faced the technical issue while redeeming the voucher I reached to the tech team, they responded very quickly and helped me to redeem my voucher

It is very helpful to resolve issues related to reward incentives and my query was resolved quickly it was very helpful and easy. It was easy to integrate with them and easy implementation of problem solution. They have good features.

What do you like best about the product?
I had placed an order for an item and I was facing some issues in having it reedemed. I contacted the custome service via email and they were amazing in helping me to have the issue resolved on priority.
Their prompt response helped me alot as this item was very important and had to be delivered on the same day that I had placed an order on.

There is nothing that I dislike about Xoxoday Plum as they have helped me very promptly

They were able to address the issue I had with claiming the gift voucher. They provide updates and they make sure your issue will be resolved.

Downside is there are some issues redeeming the egift but I know that it's on the vendor's side

Normally there are issues with login and incorrect code. My issue is with Code. The team immediately responded and sorted out really quick.

I believe that the final stages of creating a rewards campaign could be better explained without the need to read through the docu's, but all in all, an amazing platform
