Versatile Reward Solutions

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Xoxoday Plum is its versatile rewards solutions. I like that platform offers a wide range of experiences, gift cards, and perks, that the companies can use to rewards to its stakeholders. It's so easy to choose and use our reward without having to follow a lengthy process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely didn't find anything to dislike, but just a suggestion to add more of globally accepted giftcard options so that we may enjoy our perks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is no need to offer physical gifts rather send a link of reward to someone deserving and it's so quick for sender and receiver both.

A Really good rewards automation system

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, interactive, clear and precise.
Best tool for Employee Recognition, any Loyalty Management, for Rewards and Incentives.
You can do Direct Mail Automation, Promotional Product Management and perform Marketing Automations using Plum and Account-Based Direct Mail is a feature that is very useful.

They also have great customer support who are very quick and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I used plum, there was no Amazon Vouchers and that I think is the only drawback. But everything else product wise is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy rewards system for many purposes.
Employee recognition is one problem that has been solved.

What do you like best about the product?
As a digital-first company, we always wanted to make our rewards all digital and get over the personalized gifting for everyone every time. Starting with the implementation, to integration to onboarding everything was seamless. The hyper-personalization and real-time reward distribution also let us reward and recognize our employees in a manner that is a win-win situation for both of us. Another thing that I like is their UI, it is simple and elegant and everything is under one screen, so you need not find it difficult to navigate into places.It's been 6 months that we have been using xoxoday as a frequent platform for rewarding and incentivising our Ackers.

Another thing I like about Xoxoday is that they offer data and analytics tools that help us to track the effectiveness of our incentive programs and make data-driven decisions for improvement.

And just in case you face any difficulties, their customer support is round the corner to go above and beyond to help you out. Just drop them an email and it gets resolved under 24 hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there would have been a chatbot on the tool where we can write our issues and it can get resolved. Another thing that could be improved is the wide range of partnerships. Today a user might get confused with all the brands and end up buying the regular vouchers only.

Also, initially we faced a lot of challenges in integrating xoxoday to our current HRMS portal, but once it was sorted, it is a smooth ride.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xoxoday is helping us with three big issues at ACKO.

Personalized rewards: It offers us a variety of reward options, allowing the winners to choose their gifts from the wide range of products using the points. It helps us foster a very strong rewarding environment where everyone's happy.

Administrative Efficiency: It's very easy to use, just enter the email IDs, the amount and in a blink of an eye, the reward is sent to the user's account.

Real-time Recognition: The appreciation feature also let us recognise the amazing work our colleagues have been doing and rewarding them with personalised notes. At time, money is not everything.

What do you like best about the product?
Xoxoday Plum's responsive team values user input, transparent communication about the product roadmap instills confidence. less downtime in issue resolution (10/10). Xoxoday Plum actively empowers users to shape the platform. This customer-centric approach is making Plum a standout product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email triggered from internal system could be made a little faster reducing downtime.
this is just a suggestion as i am not aware of intricacies behind the functionality

What do you like best about the product?
XOXO is a really good platform that provides plenty of benefits and offers. I got to know about XOXO through my organization and I have been a fan since day 1. It is easy to use and has so many amazing brands listed. The customer support is also amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike the app, it is a great benefit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through XOXO our team is providing rewards to all the employees in our organization, which is a great way to appreciate and motivate the employees. Instead of providing the amount in salary, it is better to get it through XOXO because, in that way, it actually gets spent on our needs instead of spending it on useless stuff

Software that makes our manual work less by rolling vouchers at one time

What do you like best about the product?
Xoxo Day is a very easy-to-use software that our team uses to roll out the vouchers to our clients and for other processes. It's very easy to implement, and it is beneficial. The team in the customer support department helps us whenever we face any issues. We do use this software very frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part is nothing much; it does exactly what we need. Hence there won't be any complaints from our end for xoxo day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xoxo Day helped us roll out the vouchers, which was a manual task for us where we used to send the vouchers one by one. After xoxoday came into the picture, we have automated this process and we entered the details, and the vouchers are being sent automatically, which is a lot of time-saving and cost-saving for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Xoxo day have a plenty of vendors to convert to vouchers, hence thats an ease to convert xoxo days into to shopping vouchers
What do you dislike about the product?
Xoxoday is a great platform in rewarding employees, although the only reason for giving an 8 is becuase it does not allow to directly credit the amount to a bank account. For Indian users, it has to go through PayTm which is not used by everyone and involves a deduction of transactional charge

Employee recognition and rewarding employees. We use xoxoday for our incentive programs
