Good product, limited in Azure, mixed reviews with customer service

The wide range of monitoring it can cover, customisable options
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service can be very condescending at times, rude and they don't always re-read your previous comments.
I also think better azure monitoring would extend the product.
The reporting element has a lot to be desired also.
