What do you like best about the product?
You are able to visualize data in a very modern dashboards than you can even customize to fit your company profile.
It offers automated monitoring through APIs thus the organization is able to maximize the time value. Offers artificial business intelligence that makes decision making process easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding process is quite tasking for new users as you may find many options it offers that may be overwhelm for the new users but as you get used to the process it get better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to utilize resources maximumly as the business intelligence it offers help predict trends and act accordingly.
It offers time value for money with the automated monitoring thus fast detection and proper responses to issues that may arise.

"Integrate & Monitor All your Business Applications with Checkmk"
What do you like best about the product?
The availability of immediate alerts, either software or hardware once there is an issue or downtime is the feature that Likes most about this software. These immediate alerts enable timely & quick resolution of any issues or downtimes reported.
What do you dislike about the product?
On this, I have no negativity about the software. I like all modules and functionalities and I have nothing to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company aimed at reducing the response time (time taken) in reporting and attending to any issue.Enhanced reporting and cost control is a major problems that the business needed to address. Since we got Checkmk, we have been able t control all these areas, with the availaility of immediate alerts on any downtimes/hardware issues.Reporting has also been made much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Checkmk is an excellent software for any business to monitor their IT Infrastructure and integrate various core applications.

What do you like best about the product?
The software has perfect real-time data analysis capabilities. This is the feature that I like most about Checkmk since it has enhanced reporting across various business units. With updated reporting, the decision-making process has been easy and cost control made easy. It is possible to integrate many other business applications through the use of checkmk software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Checkmk has really transformed our business especially on the operations and service delivery.Therefore I like everything about this powerful tool. Nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we started using this software we've been able to address many issues, especially those that were previously affecting timely response to IT issues and service delivery. The business also wanted to reduce operational costs by providing a central control and management point for all IT infrastructure and other business applications. We were able to achieve all these with the help of Checkmk software

What do you like best about the product?
The software has very clear Dashboards that can display various updates from different company applications/infrastructure. The information is perfectly displayed can be easily understood almost by anyone. Generally, it has a very friendly user interface and all modules of this software are just powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the software is doing excellent for our organization. It has helped improve our service delivery and other key areas. Therefore I have nothing to dislike about Checkmark
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business needed to streamline operations across all units, secure their applications and manage/monitor them from a central place. With Checkmk software we were able to achieve all these and more so enhanced service delivery with reduced costs and less time to market.

Checkmark is an amazing software that has played a big role in the transformation of our business and IT quality support. It can therefore work out for you as well. It is an excellent tool for IT & Infrastructure monitoring.

Its easens the work of IT Administrators to identify issues that may arise in their IT infrastructure/system and thus are able to respond quickly and resolve them.

Due to the many configuration windows new users might find it difficult/complex to follow through but as you get used to the system it gets better with serving the organization goals.

Improved security in that issues that may arise can quickly be identified and resolved by administrators thereby protecting the IT infrastructure.

Easily helps your business manage servers and keep track of your applications and cloud infrastructure.
It has alot of features and capabilities which help it easily integrate with your already existing business processes.

For new users it can be quite complex since you have to know how to use commandline of cmk and right way for log checks thereby making troubleshooting difficult for them.

You can easily and constantly update to add new features to adjust to your growing business needs.

Checkmk is pretty good tool and easy to setup

The new ui in version 2 is pretty good and easy to navigate with additional capabilities

Creating reports and there is no view or report we can create for all the servers CPU & memory utilization out of the box
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Server/device issues and the specific set of services when stopped would have a direct impct on the business and with chechmk we are able to identify and fox those
CheckMK is a great monitoring system
What do you like best about the product?
CheckMK meets requirement to be able to monitor different devices - I work at the Telecom company where we have several different IT manufactures and I never had an issue to monitor them. System is easy to use, easy to setup, easy to admin.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I am using CheckMK for almost a decade and tried several monitoring products but never found as great product as CheckMK. I'm also attending this year CheckMK conference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are monitoring whole network infrastructure and also our server infrastructure. Using business intelegence module helps us show if client's services are working as they should.
