Impressive Agentforce Features, but Disappointed by Separate Data Cloud Licensing
What do you like best about the product?
I’m really impressed by its potential - especially about what it can do with Agentforce
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that a separate license needs to be purchased even if you already have Sales, Service, or Marketing cloud. Data Cloud plays such an integral part in the success of Agentforce, that it should come as a complimentary part of the Agentforce package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven’t used Data Cloud yet but i can see potential in how it could help my organization gain more insights from customer data without needing to view that data from Tableau.

Bringing together all data streams into a single platform has been a significant advantage. It simplifies management and provides a clearer overview, making it much easier to handle complex information.

Data Cloud offers the ability to bring together and organize your data from various sources, consolidating everything into a single, centralized location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Each time you modify or refresh a segment, or activate a target, credits are used to cover the data cloud usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data Cloud is enabling my organization to consolidate data from various sources, including multiple Salesforce orgs, to create a unified view of each customer. This comprehensive perspective helps us accurately identify and target customers for more effective marketing campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the intuitive setup process of Salesforce Data Cloud, which allows my team and me to configure it quickly with a click rather than configuration. I love how it brings in new data from multiple sources, reducing the time needed to create holistic reports. The ability to integrate unstructured data such as Excel into the environment alongside structured data is incredibly valuable.

I am concerned with the real-time data sync capability, as it still seems to be lacking. This is crucial for my operations, and addressing this would significantly improve the product's value for me.
