What do you like best about the product?
I love how Salesforce Data Cloud integrates seamlessly with our marketing, sales, and service clouds, providing a single source of truth. The unification and integration capabilities, especially with its AI features, make data management efficient and insightful, boosting our confidence in customer-related decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The consideration of cost and licenses presents a challenge when thinking about expanding the implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud to another office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Data Cloud to unify scattered customer data from spreadsheets and Zoho CRM, giving us a single source of truth. This integration has built our confidence in decision-making based on centralized data, streamlining workflows and improving customer relationships.

Support of various OOB Connectors. This helps to avoid maintenance of multiple connections that we need to make to get data from various sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to raise a Support ticket in most cases whenever there's an error that does not show up the right root cause details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are leveraging Data Cloud to mainly improve our customer service and internal operations.

Nothing worth noting, I don't have any issues.

Being able to pull from differnet datalakes with search each individual location.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the good documentation and available resources that eased the learning curve of Salesforce Data Cloud. I also value the unified profiles that combine customer data from different platforms, simplifying information access and updates. The prebuilt connectors for systems like CRM, Google, and telephony are incredibly useful, making data integration seamless. I love having all the data in one place, which greatly enhances my workflow efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the initial setup and learning phase of Salesforce Data Cloud to be challenging. There is a steep learning curve with many steps involved, which made it difficult to grasp at first.

I use Salesforce Data Cloud to combine data from various sources, unifying customer profiles, which simplifies accessing and updating information.

Data Cloud is great for companies that have a lot of data in a lot of different places and systems and that want to bring it into a single location for a single view of what's happening.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, there was a bit of a learning curve since I hadn't worked with a similar product before, but Trailhead was an incredible resource that allowed me to get up to speed quickly and excel on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data Cloud is a great way to bring all your company's data into a single place. It also forces you to really look at the data you have an determine if it's any good. It may spur a realization that better data hygiene need to be put in place and encourage teams to work to clean it up so that the data Data Cloud is presenting, and then being pushing into Agentforce, is accurate and actionable for end users.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the ability to unify and clean data from multiple sources, giving us a complete customer 360 view. I like how Salesforce Data Cloud brings all our customer data into one trusted place and makes it easy to activate in real time

There’s a bit of a learning curve for new users, though training, documentation, community and support help bridge it. Managing very large data sets can get complex, but with proper planning and governance it’s manageable.
