Unified Data Management with Excellent Integration

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the good documentation and available resources that eased the learning curve of Salesforce Data Cloud. I also value the unified profiles that combine customer data from different platforms, simplifying information access and updates. The prebuilt connectors for systems like CRM, Google, and telephony are incredibly useful, making data integration seamless. I love having all the data in one place, which greatly enhances my workflow efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the initial setup and learning phase of Salesforce Data Cloud to be challenging. There is a steep learning curve with many steps involved, which made it difficult to grasp at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Data Cloud to combine data from various sources, unifying customer profiles, which simplifies accessing and updating information.

What do you like best about the product?
Data Cloud is great for companies that have a lot of data in a lot of different places and systems and that want to bring it into a single location for a single view of what's happening.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, there was a bit of a learning curve since I hadn't worked with a similar product before, but Trailhead was an incredible resource that allowed me to get up to speed quickly and excel on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data Cloud is a great way to bring all your company's data into a single place. It also forces you to really look at the data you have an determine if it's any good. It may spur a realization that better data hygiene need to be put in place and encourage teams to work to clean it up so that the data Data Cloud is presenting, and then being pushing into Agentforce, is accurate and actionable for end users.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the ability to unify and clean data from multiple sources, giving us a complete customer 360 view. I like how Salesforce Data Cloud brings all our customer data into one trusted place and makes it easy to activate in real time
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a bit of a learning curve for new users, though training, documentation, community and support help bridge it. Managing very large data sets can get complex, but with proper planning and governance it’s manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Data Cloud is solving the challenge of fragmented data. By unifying customer information, we can personalize experiences and make faster, more confident business decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like best about Salesforce Data Cloud is how it brings all of my company's data together in one place. In my day-to-day work, i use it to create unified customer profiles that give me a clear understanding of each customer, which makes it easier to make informed decisions and plan next steps. It gives me confidence that the data I'm working with is accurate and up-to-date. It helps me break down data silos, harmonize information from different systems and automate workflows without needing to manually pull data from multiple sources. The platform is straightforward to set up and get running and i rely on it daily to access real-time insights and manage my tasks efficiently. Integration with other salesforce apps is seamless and customer support is always responsive and helpful whenever i needed guidance. Using it has made my work faster, more organised and more impactful, allowing me to focus on delivering better outcomes for our customers.

There's really nothing i dislike about Salesforce Data Cloud. The platform is constantly evolving with new features and improvements being released which keeps it exiting to learn and use.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is its ability to create a truly unified customer profile. It's a game-changer for stitching together customer data from different sources into one single, accurate view. I also love the seamless, native integration with Marketing Cloud. It lets us activate our unified audiences and create real-time segments for targeted campaigns very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup can be complex and has a steep learning curve, especially for data ingestion and transformation. The UI for data mapping could be more intuitive. We had to spend a lot of time on the initial configuration, so having a solid data strategy in place before you start is essential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Data Cloud is primarily solving the problem of data fragmentation. It helps to unify disparate customer data from various sources (websites, apps, legacy systems) into a single, cohesive customer profile.

This benefits us by enabling highly targeted and personalized campaigns. We can now create real-time audience segments based on a customer’s actual behavior, rather than static, outdated data. This not only improves the effectiveness of our marketing efforts but also ensures a more consistent and relevant experience for our customers across all touchpoints.

What do you like best about the product?
Harmonize data and remove duplicates data. It also create segment for marketing cloud to best suite any company requirements. It has also ease of integration with different system to ingest data into data cloud. It is also native to salesforce platform to work on any salesforce data whether it is in health cloud or sales cloud or any other cloud data.
This is also fit to our MuleSoft API-led architect environment to pull or push data into system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing model is little confusion. If data cloud team can educate all their customer about their pricing model with Agentforce then it will be better to under for large investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CDP is solving our Sales and Marking data to segmentize and for calculated insight of data.
