    Manufacturing

Zoomin allowed us to successfully deliver content to our customers

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoomin’s platform focuses on user experience, enhanced search capabilities, it is highly customizable, allowing us to tailor it to our specific needs. An important feature for us was the Permission-Based Content. Zoomin integrates with Single Sign-On (SSO) platforms, ensuring secure access control.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few issues with getting some of our bugs fixed in a timely manner and at times fixing them have caused other issues or regressions. It either takes a while to get a response after creating a ticket, or we have to wait for the deployment/release cycles that may cause a delay. But it the end, everything works out with Zoomin. We do find that preparing our content for upload is a bit time consuming (tagging, bundling, uploading, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Zoomin we are able to host all of our product documentation and other resources such as marketing material, price lists and more. It’s not the most typical use case, but it meets the needs of the company to deliver various types of content to our customers both in PDF and HTML. Our customers are quite satisfied with our documentation portal. They are finally able to find and access product documentation all in one place, making it easier to find answers to their questions with the powerful search capabilities offered by Zoomin.

Great self service platform

What do you like best about the product?
Really like the ease of use of their platform. Also the ability to self serve and apply changes on the fly by myself. We have partnered with Zoomin on some very successful integrations. Overall the team is great to work with and listens to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to find anything negative to say about the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoomin is our Documentation portal host vendor. They offer many self-service capabilities. The Zoomin analytics tool and dashboards help us analyze our data to improve documentation and reduce support costs. Zoomin has also provided an in-product help widget that has allowed us to bring the documentation set into the product for a seamless experience for our users.

Great product, great collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
Their product fills a need no one else's does, and they have been fantastic about working with us to meet our needs, not just supplying a cookie-cutter service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally they are a little slow to respond to questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoomin enables us to deliver different types of user-facing documentation in one location AND also in product. We are delivering our Madcap Flare-generated content, with all its native controls replicated, both into a Salesforce support site and also into product via their in-product Help component.

AI-powered knowledge governance platform

What do you like best about the product?
I have been a customer for over 5 years and inherited Zoomin from my predecessor. I chose to continue because Zoomin has a culture of fast-paced innovation and involves their customers (like us) in design partnerships and early adopter programs to experiment and refine their product innovations.
Most recently, we were their first customer to request for an integration with our digital adoption platform solution, Pendo, and Zoomin developed Zoomin for Pendo for us that has helped us elevate our in-product contextual content experience to the next level for our customers.
Similarly, we were one of the first design partners and beta customers for Zoomin's AI-powered solutions such as Zoomin GPT through which our customers get an AI-infused knowledge retrieval assistant embedded within our documentation portal to answer their product questions.
Zoomin is very responsive to feedback from customers and collaborates with them on defining their product roadmap to ensure that our product ideas and requirements are heard and scoped in. This was most recently evident in improvements being made to Zoomin GPT solutions we tested and the next-generation self-serve portal editor experience being built out by them.
Partnering with vendors like Zoomin is a win-win proposition for both parties because it accelerates innovation, time to value, and leads to successful outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have shared this feedback with Zoomin so they are aware of it and working towards improving self-service capabilities for administering the documentation portal implementation.
They are also taking measures to improve their product roadmap and release communications with their customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Zoomin's documentation portal implementation provides our customers a dynamic online content experience that ensures our customers get the latest and most accurate information on how to configure and use our continuously innovating products and solutions. Our documentation portal generates one of the highest traffic for our company and is the "source of truth" for our customers about our products and solutions.
- Zoomin for Pendo provides a seamless integration with our digital adoption platform - Pendo, which we use to create in-product contextual content experiences for our customers to inform and guide about our product capabilities. With Zoomin for Pendo, our customers get all of the comprehensive information available on our documentation portal within the product at the right time, in the right place, and to the right audience. We have seen a massive jump in consumption of in-product content since implementing Pendo and Zoomin.
- Zoomin GPT's AI-powered knowledge retrieval experience is the perfect complement to the search experience our customers most frequently use to find answers to their questions. This provides curated answers to user questions along with continuining to surface up relevant search results for those users who prefer that paradigm. This leads to higher case deflections and enhancing customer satisfaction.

The Build in Ai content recommemdation is impressive, helps us in accessing relevant content with ease in short span of time.

Content upload and accessing time can be made a little faster.

Creating highly dynamic emails with ease

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce helps us create, deploy and deliver highly personalized emails to all our recipients ensuring the email they receive is highly relevant to that person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downside to using Salesforce.

It helps take out days and segments it to tailor our messages to the right audiences.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy user interface and easy to integrate with other modules. One of the best incident manager and ticketing tools. Cloud base infrastructure and services. Low managing cost.

Nothing specific however wide usage sometime results into slowness of the tool

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce marketing cloud is the best marketing tool i have used so far, it's fully automated, we can run multiple marketing and bulk emailing campaigns at a given time. It also so suggestive markeitng as per the target audience. It's the best tool to worked with.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to dislike but user needs some specific training and it's expensive too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
