What do you like best about the product?
CDP enables us to make customer centric descisions as it collates data from various marketing platforms and hence makes it easy to understand consumer behaviour
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel it has limited integration with outside tools and this seems to be problem as we need to manually input the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped out marketing team make descision on their spend as they can see data for customers from various platforms and make plans.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce helps us create, deploy and deliver highly personalized emails to all our recipients ensuring the email they receive is highly relevant to that person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downside to using Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy user interface and easy to integrate with other modules. One of the best incident manager and ticketing tools. Cloud base infrastructure and services. Low managing cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific however wide usage sometime results into slowness of the tool

Problems related to product development updates, features update and advertisement, customer interaction and public reach.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce marketing cloud is the best marketing tool i have used so far, it's fully automated, we can run multiple marketing and bulk emailing campaigns at a given time. It also so suggestive markeitng as per the target audience. It's the best tool to worked with.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to dislike but user needs some specific training and it's expensive too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
marketing campaigns, user outreach, automated leads capturing

Salesforce is a great tool to manage your entire database, track leads, & analyze different data points. It has also allowed me to tailor marketing strategies, and create highly targeted campaigns. The pricing is on the high-end as compared to other similar softwares in the market

Marketing cloud helps you to grow market businesses in all possible ways with the use of the world's biggest CRM. You can easily grow your business and improve customer satisfaction.

As much as I know, I would suggest not to dislike it from my side, as it uses Salesforce, the biggest CRM, which can track the history of the market and customers on a single platform.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud solves all the problems related to marketing, whether you need to improve business or customer satisfaction. Everything you can grow with the help of the Marketing Cloud suite.
