Salesforce is absolutely an amazing tool.

Feature of keeping the customers data saved.

Nothing as such, but need some user experience friendly.

Preparing and managing customers data. It's very easy know Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

The best thing that I like about SMC is that provides a phenomenal work environment and data management.

To be really true there is nothing I dislike.

It is helping me in data management, lead conversion cycle, tracks all the clients updates, realtime dashboards etc.

What do you like best about the product?
What I found to be the most helpful in this tool is it's easy of use and vast amount of control.

What I disliked most about this tool to be honest is nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking our leads to student progression. We needed to see what our team was lacking in converting our leads into enrolled students.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a training and refreshers often this system is great and will give you a big boost but you have to make sure all users are on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of capturing notes after appointments. Also like being able to run and customize reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that we are limited to drop down options, and that accounts often do not merge when requested.

Good way of tracking sales calls and keeping notes. Also like being able to generate business reviews to share with client.

Data accessibility outside salesforce platforms is comparatively complex in the solution.
Costing is very high compared to competitor CDP platforms available in the market.

We are creating a unified customer profile by merging data from multiple data sources such as CRM, Marketing Automation, Offline data, Reporting data.

What do you like best about the product?
The time when tasks are due. So, you dont have to remember to do the tasks; SalesForce will prompt you when its due date.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email feature on Salesforce exists, but my own ocmpany doesnt use it, so I guess I dont dislike anything about sales force .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I take care of patient records, their health issues, the date of their appointment, a reminder call to their appointment. Performance has increased because I dont personally have to remember the patient's information. Salesforce prompts me.

I like how easy Salesforce is to use. Its customizability makes it an easy choice to use. It facilitates easy data exchange.

I dislike how costly it is. There can also be somewhat of a learning curve for those not incredibly technologically experienced.

I use Salesforce Customer 360 Data Manager to create and store customer profiles and exchange data and events across many systems.
