Great platform for customization and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce customer 360 data manager is a Fantastic product that stores clients data and is easy to customize, There are many different ways of setting up clients,
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a bit slow, which can be fixed otherwise, It works fine and the tool is handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes us easy to analyze clients' data and get in touch according to the progress of the report. It offers us everything to explore, track the progress report of the clients. Manage data as well as the sales orders.
Game Changer for our Team!
What do you like best about the product?
We have been able to cancel multiple other systems and now focus just on using Salesforce. The reporting feature is fantastic and being able to track and follow-up with reminders and tasks has been a great addition to our team!
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is dynamic and for our organization, requires an Administrator, which limits some of the functions I can personally do. I would prefer to have the ability to work seamlessly without restrictions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are keeping track of our contacts more closely and following along with them through our recruitment and front-end process. We're able to see how they get involved with our organization and collaborate with other staff through the system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Depending on your staff's technology background and experience, the learning curve can be steep but in my opinion it's worth it since the system really can help your business!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is a main dashboard where all the different tabs are clearly visible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like how you have to have a bunch of different Salesforce tabs open because you cant keep your main account list there once you click on an account

Im solving problems of organization I suppose and benefits are finding info quickly
Good Data Manager- Easy User Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can search for clients and other employees in multiple ways. I can search by name, phone number, email, client ID number, etc. The system allows interaction between our website and phone system - pulling up clients when they call in if it recognizes their phone number and connecting non-paying team members to paying team accounts. This is a huge time saver as it differentiates our work with the client calling in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The things I dislike about Salesforce are that there is no way to override some cadences or sequences which stop you from moving forward with a client. In addition, some of the processes for managing duplicate client profiles are long and tedious and could easily be paired down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This system links our phone and client management systems together to make working with clients more seamless. It also allows all our client information to exist in one place among numerous different departments and teams within our organization. We can see case updates, calls, and other interactions pertaining to active sales status and past statuses for a complete understanding of the client's interactions with our network. It also connects clients with specific employees they worked with or are currently working with.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Salesforce Customer 360 Data Manager because it stores all our of data, emails, profiles in one place. Salesforce 360 allows me to integrate with our phone system and record calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like Salesforce Customer 360 Data Manager because sometimes it would break or go down and support wasn't responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used Salesforce Customer 360 Data Manager mainly to store emails and names in one place. Realized how easy it is to save email templates for quick email messages.

Ease of use. And extremely customizable for our evironement.

Sometimes it can be hard to get the custom setup done by yourself.

What do you like best about the product?
Used it at a previous company. It was a very cool and insightful software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there wasn't much to dislike. It was pretty easy to use and I saw no real areas for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing a faster way for customers to find solutions. It took away a lot of manual work.

It helps to ultimately connect and centralize data at the hub to produce one global profile for each distinctive customer for viewing, editing, or fixing errors if any. 360 Data manager excludes data duplication and hence yields better results.

There are too many configurations.
