I can't think of any downside to using Salesforce.

It helps take out days and segments it to tailor our messages to the right audiences.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy user interface and easy to integrate with other modules. One of the best incident manager and ticketing tools. Cloud base infrastructure and services. Low managing cost.

Nothing specific however wide usage sometime results into slowness of the tool

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce marketing cloud is the best marketing tool i have used so far, it's fully automated, we can run multiple marketing and bulk emailing campaigns at a given time. It also so suggestive markeitng as per the target audience. It's the best tool to worked with.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to dislike but user needs some specific training and it's expensive too.

It is a very useful tool to keep track of your customer database at one place & keep a note of all your previous history and conversations with them

Salesforce is a great tool to manage your entire database, track leads, & analyze different data points. It has also allowed me to tailor marketing strategies, and create highly targeted campaigns. This level of personalization has significantly improved my campaign performance and customer satisfaction.

The pricing is on the high-end as compared to other similar softwares in the market

Marketing cloud helps you to grow market businesses in all possible ways with the use of the world's biggest CRM. You can easily grow your business and improve customer satisfaction.

As much as I know, I would suggest not to dislike it from my side, as it uses Salesforce, the biggest CRM, which can track the history of the market and customers on a single platform.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud solves all the problems related to marketing, whether you need to improve business or customer satisfaction. Everything you can grow with the help of the Marketing Cloud suite.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the elements I disliked the most in Salesforce Marketing cloud was the lack of customisation options.
It was difficult to create a unique user experience trailored to my specified needs.

Keeping our employees in the dark regarding their performance and ignoring the importance of employee training won’t contribute to building trust with you, nor to increasing sales volume.
Best CRM tool never seen
What do you like best about the product?
In Salesforce Marketing Cloud Suite, my most likely part is Lead tracking. Easy to manage the leads, especially in the time of the follow-up phase. Well-structured CRM for maintaining inflow leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my point of view, all look amazing and user-friendly. For the Journey builder, I suggest bringing more graphical user flow charts. That module looks a bit older!

For many CRMs I have used before, all the products will have lag on any of their modules, and sometimes I used tools not having much user-friendly experience. When I started using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Suite, I feel great comfort ness with the tool.
