Well Invested Product for Connecting Customers and Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interdisciplinary features for connecting to analytics, marketing, and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would not say that I like the updates that occur during the software use sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to build and improve projects by understanding the interdisciplinary features for connecting to analytics, marketing, and customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend the software to integrate help tools (live chat) outside of business hours.
Unified view of data
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to manage my customer data, which is hard to do on my own. I also like that it integrates data from multiple sources so that I can get a good perspective on the clients that I have and figure out what they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming - there is a lot to digest, and sometimes the website isn't completely user-friendly. Also, it requires a lot of digging and a little extra effort from the client side - if they don't have information for me to look at it's hard for me to learn about them. I looked at the website a lot for research.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of data to analyze, and it is tough to get an overarching view of what it all means. I use 360 to get a look at my data and dive deeper into my customer base. Also, it connects everything through app integration. I had been struggling previously to keep everything well connected and some insights definitely fell below the radar. Now, I don't have that issue because it is all connected.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd say it is worth using for sure. I liked being able to get a full view of my customer base and connect everything. Just take time to look over all the instructions and utilize some training to make sure that you get your money's worth from it. You definitely will if you utilize everything available to you though.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoomin provides a multi-channel gateway for our customers. The multiple delivery channels allows our customers self-service to access content in the most optimal solution for them. The robust interface empowers personalization and enables searchability. The interface is customized for our customers needs and brings critical information to the forefront. All of these features provides an elevated customer experience. In addition, the efficiency gain with the ease of publication is priceless.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been no downsides. We are pleased with the product and support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are fulfilling our customer expectation with allowing multi-channel delivery and personalizing content. We have vastly reduced our time to publication through automation. We are using the analytics to further refine our product in our continuous improvement efforts.

The development team is easy and great to work with! Very helpful with finding solutions and the best way to implement our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while to fix issues but mostly if it has to do with development and building something from scratch. But the communication from the team and techs is ongoing and up to date!

Using Zooming as a software solution to house a massive amount of data for multiple users to have access to. The data needs to be presented in a way that is easy to read and follow. Zoomin solves that problem perfectly!

Sometimes release cycles for new enhancements can be delayed. Zoomin typically strives to do everything they can to meet timelines, however sometimes that doesn't always line up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deliver quality product content in multiple languages through a dynamic publishing platform, with intelligent search capabilities. The platform is SSO enabled which provides us the ability to personalize content based on profiles.
Zoomin helped us make our documentation access as cool as our products.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for our users to find content that they are looking for. The search is very good and easy to use. The fact that you can set up and easily change your taxonomy, if needed is a great feature of this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes some work to prepare and upload the documents to the site. Depending on your source files, you may have an easier time preparing and uploading documents. Our source is a bit more complicated, so it takes some work to set the tagging and prepare files for upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a current user of Zoomin, I have been able to provide a central location for publishing technical documents that relate to all of our products. Our customers only have to access one single location to find help on our products. Previously, we had product documentation segregated by product version and divided additionally between software and hardware products. Now we are able to locate all product and document versions on a single site and users can fairly easily discriminate between versions and find what they need quickly. In addition, the site can be displayed easily on tablets or phones.
