What do you like best about the product?
Synchronisation of existing e-mails in app helps in one platform for all purpose of the accessing mail and update in sales process and customer relationship management.
What do you dislike about the product?
All that is available is lovable, best app in deed for all CRM support. Nothing to dislike about it yet. Only small glitch for not able to access the software in lower version of Android.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a single platform for acceessing all sales cycle stages, right from lead generation, followups, offer followup, order closure and indeed service support at later stage as well!!!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely i recommend this software to he used by as many professionals as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
Management of the data is very good in salesforce and has many tools that make the process easy and much more reliable, process automation tools help achieve the goal much more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I dislike not many things about Salesforce Marketing Cloud, but there are still things that need improvement that is already present in the idea exchange list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like many CRM Salesforce Marketing Cloud is beneficial for the management of large data that humans can not manage. My productivity has increased massively after the introduction to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, mostly I have worked with process automation and it has been very helpful to me

If a person has good knowledge of the product it can be a life-changing tool for a organization.

The best thing that I like about SMC is that provides a phenomenal work environment and data management.

What do you like best about the product?
What I found to be the most helpful in this tool is it's easy of use and vast amount of control.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I disliked most about this tool to be honest is nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking our leads to student progression. We needed to see what our team was lacking in converting our leads into enrolled students.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a training and refreshers often this system is great and will give you a big boost but you have to make sure all users are on the same page.
