Efficient Data Management with Some Export Limitations

What do you like best about the product?
It's allowed us to get move large swaths of data once only storable in our CRM into more manageable platforms like Snowflake, which we can now access in Salesforce via Data Cloud without running into storage constraints.
What do you dislike about the product?
We recently ran into a report export row limit that we weren't expecting that required a custom work around, so I'd look forward to expanding that row limit in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting valuable data in front of the right people without maintaining large volumes of CRM metadata.

What do you like best about the product?
It finally unifies all your data — prospects, applicants, students, and marketing interactions — into a single, real-time profile so you don’t have to manually pull or merge reports from multiple systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time and technical setup to connect and map all your data sources correctly, so the initial build can feel complex before the time savings kick in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminates hours spent reconciling spreadsheets or exporting lists by giving you one clean, always-updated data view for reporting, segmentation, and automation in real time.

It's important to our company that we are able to do a zero-copy integration with Data Cloud.

The pricing model is confusing and it is difficult to estimate how much a complete integration will cost until after we spend the time and money to complete it.
