Data collection is managed through the agent force, allowing for valuable insights into customer accounts from both sales and service perspectives.

The demo is good, but we need to consider how it would work in terms of implementation and whether it fits our specific use case.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with data providers and cloud services is available, offering access to hundreds of connectors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup process is challenging, and the pricing model feels both costly and confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration with S3 and BigQuery is a key feature for me. It allows for seamless data transfer and management between these platforms, making my workflow much more efficient.
Flexible and Promising, but Still Learning Date Cloud

I appreciate the flexibility and the capability to gather information from various sources.

I haven't had much experience yet, as date cloud is still quite new. There's still a lot for me to learn.

The ability to access real-time information from multiple sources is truly impressive. I find this feature incredible.
Easy Integration with Connectors, but Steep Initial Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how simple it is to use connectors to link with services like Redshift and other storage solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be somewhat challenging at first. When dealing with large amounts of data, the mapping process and related tasks become a bit more complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing our data that is stored outside of Salesforce has become much easier. Now, information kept in our data lake is more readily available.

What I like most about Salesforce Data Cloud is its ability to unify customer data from multiple sources in real time, creating a single and accurate customer profile.

Although it is a powerful platform, the initial setup and data modeling can be complex, especially for companies without previous experience in data architecture.
