Easy Integration with Connectors, but Steep Initial Learning Curve

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how simple it is to use connectors to link with services like Redshift and other storage solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be somewhat challenging at first. When dealing with large amounts of data, the mapping process and related tasks become a bit more complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing our data that is stored outside of Salesforce has become much easier. Now, information kept in our data lake is more readily available.

What I like most about Salesforce Data Cloud is its ability to unify customer data from multiple sources in real time, creating a single and accurate customer profile.

Although it is a powerful platform, the initial setup and data modeling can be complex, especially for companies without previous experience in data architecture.

What do you like best about the product?
We currently do not yet use Data Cloud, bit we do see potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our data warehouse is in SQL, so it it’ll be a different type of integration needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would help with aggregating data from multiple instances of Salesforce for better reporting.
