Potential in Data Cloud, but Integration with SQL Warehouse Needed
What do you like best about the product?
We currently do not yet use Data Cloud, bit we do see potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our data warehouse is in SQL, so it it’ll be a different type of integration needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would help with aggregating data from multiple instances of Salesforce for better reporting.
Seamless Integration with Salesforce, but Wish Data Cloud Was Included in Enterprise+

I like how data cloud lives native to salesforce without having external connectors for dashboards and reports

I would like data cloud to be including in our enterprise+ license

It helps out sales team navigate and keep their pipeline up to date
Powerful Customer Data Unification, but Complex Setup and Learning Curve

I really value Salesforce Data Cloud for its ability to unify customer data from multiple sources into a single, actionable view. Your data in the org and processes and validation needs to be in place to use it better

Great Zero-Copy Feature, but Pricing Is Unclear and Expensive

Zero-copy is the best part of Data Cloud

It is very expensive, but also hard to get pricing information

Great Integration with Salesforce, but Steep Learning Curve for Beginners

That's is built on the Salesforce platform and it's ability to integrate seamlessly with external data sources
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get a bit complex for novices in some regards and it's reliance on marketing could to realize all it's benefits is frustrating

Data unifying! We have data in so many disparate locations and the ability to unify that data is tremendous
Impressed by Salesforce Data Cloud's Integration Features

Data cloud is one of the top notch products that Salesforce came up with and i love the data integrations module the way it is

Nothing at this time though..everything looks great for me
