What do you like best about the product?
Having used Mimecast for nearly 15 years, i can attest to how easy it is to implement, configure and administer. The level of additional security beyond that available in 1st party Email Platforms is astounding. I would not run a mail environment without Mimecast being in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
RBAC capabilities need to be significantly expanded
