Best tool for partnerships with ROI
What do you like best about the product?
Sharework helps me to connect my CRM with my partners and easily reveal business opportunities and synergies. It's simple and secure. Very useful for account mapping and leverage my partners with a real ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like every software, new features are coming to improve the product. I can't wait to see what's next on the roadmap !

How did I ever live without Crossbeam?!
What do you like best about the product?
Giving my account execs warm leads. I set up a report in Crossbeam and can deliver a steady stream of partner-sourced leads for my sales team. Mapping current customers, target accounts, and active opportunities against my partners' same populations is a breeze and makes for a super easy account swap so that both partners can easily bring mutual value to each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest wish is that even more partners were on the platform—but it's getting there. Once someone joins, it's really easy for us to test the waters with a partnership. I am confident that Crossbeam will soon be realized as an essential platform for most partnership teams—I'm looking forward to that day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m vetting partnerships (seeing how many shared customers we have before deciding whether to build an integration), swapping intros with partners (I have bi-weekly meetings with any of my partners to exchange accounts and make AE introductions), and spending way way less time in spreadsheets. Goodbye vlookup!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes, it will help you fill your partner sourced pipeline ... but the time savings from using Crossbeam massive. I'm able to spend way more time in front of partners and on important projects, and that's something that made it an easy sell for my company. I used to have to do all the account mapping manually, now it happens automatically.

What do you like best about the product?
I used to create several massive spreadsheets with my partners to tediously try and notify customers and overlaps in data. Now I just do it in seconds using Crossbeam. It’s saved me so much time
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor quirks, but each time it’s handled quickly by the Crossbeam team. They’re quickly iterating and improving the platform every week and always open to suggestions from myself and other users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m vetting partnerships, account mapping, and co-marketing more efficiently than ever. I use Crossbeam to source partner events, webinars, case studies & more. I use Crossbeam’s Slack app to help my AEs and CSMs align with partners in our shared channels. And I use Crossbeam’s reports to see exactly how many customer overlaps I have with partners.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend giving Crossbeam a try. There is nothing to lose, only to gain! Crossbeam has helped make my job as a Partner Account Manager so much more efficient.
