Best way to optimise cloud spends
What do you like best about the product?
1. CK team from TTN is super supportive on all our tracks around infra cost optimisation, EDP, CSP, maintenance activities like VPC peering, VPC separation, Spot capacity rebalancing, capacity provider, NAT gateways to reduce inter AZ costs and evaluation of AWS managed services from a cost perspective (ex: RDS vs self-hosted mysql DB). The team gets hands-on and support us even during off biz hours maintenance activities that usually happen post midnight in our context.
2. CK Lens is a cool tool that we use a lot more than AWS cost explorer. Segregated daily views on various heads/resources like CDN, EC2, S3 etc help us to monitor our cloud spends manually. We also use their alerting mechanisms to detect any deviations in our spends wherein we get notified via emails
3. Overall, we've got a deep discount with our EDP commitment via TTN on AWS and a great support from the team so far.

What do you dislike about the product?
CK Lens can try to provide the cost insights as real time as AWS does (ex: CSP utilisation in CK Lens would have 1 or 2 days delay when compared to AWS). Getting cost analysis via tags will be another good to have feature.
Other than these improvements in tool, I don't see any discomfort with the team or the entire service and product.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us to optimise our cloud spends in AWS by proactively monitoring cost, suggesting recommendations which aren't available in AWS etc. We were able to save hundreds of thousands of dollars over the past 1.5 years of collaboration with CloudKeeper team

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard shows all the services and recommendations. Also, seeing the cost breakdown in real-time and the ability to see a spike or reduction in resource utilization. Also, the ability to export data in Excel for further analysis.
The level of engagement with the Cloudkeeper team is amazing. They are always available and willing to assist with the management and optimization of my AWS account usage.
The discount offered against what I would normally pay to AWS directly is awesome!

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. User experience and satisfaction with the service is good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved to CloudKeeper in order to bring our cloud cost under control and also get a level of discount while doing that. So far, it has been a win-win situation for my company. We have been able to reduce costs and also have a better overview of resource usage and a breakdown of the monthly AWS bill.

Very insights information on cloud usage
What do you like best about the product?
At Tata 1mg, we have been working with CloudKeeper for the past 2+ years. TTN team helps us to provide RI recommendations, resource resizing information and cost usage information to reduce the aws cloud spending.
The custom report is very useful in monitoring and segregating costs as per services, usage, tags, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike but need some improvement in the Cloudkeeper dashboard. Require some additional features on top of it.

From the moment I started using Cloudkeeper, it became apparent that ToTheNew has put considerable thought into designing an intuitive and user-friendly interface. The application boasts a sleek and modern design, making it a pleasure to navigate and utilize its extensive functionality. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced cloud professional, you will find Cloudkeeper's interface to be highly accessible and efficient.

The billing management can be done on AWS Cost Explorer as well, although CloudKeeper makes it easier for both novice and ace users.

CloudKeeper helps to efficiently track and manage our cloud billing, with easier export options and visual reports.

We at Spinny are using Cloudkeeper for a couple of years and it has been really helpful for us to use this tool for our cost monitoring and optimization.
TO the New offering are not just limited to Cloudkeeper as To the New is our EDP Partner and we are getting discounts on our monthly bills as well.
It has been really wonderful working with the TTN team as we have been optimizing the cost with them on a regular basis and using their support for AWS Billing, Our Tecnical issues related to several AWS Services such as RDS, Infra Scaling due to seasonal events, etc.
The team is very responsive and ensures expert architects are aligned as and when required.

What do you like best about the product?
The discount % offered and the ease of AWS cost management. The team availability to address your requirements. The portal with complete visibility on the AWS expenses and recommendations for cost reduction is also very helpful

Flexibility to end committed terms sometimes would be an added benefit as commitments sometimes change with projects.
Another would be a 3-day delay in data from AWS being visible in the portal.

A very critical one is to keep cloud cost optimised with proper recommendations and proper alerting when the commit renewals are due. Another one is to have a single portal for all AWS accounts used with utilisations and reporting for us to have plan our resources accordingly.
CloudKeeper is a single place to give us insights and recommendation on our AWS infra.

Insights given are not up-to-date. There is a gap of 1 or 2 days that can be improved in coming versions

Only downside is that we should have been introduced to this service as part of the onboarding process instead of only when we brought up the topic of cost savings.
