What do you like best about the product?
We use Cloudkeeper to manage and optimize our AWS billing, and the overall experience has been very positive.
The platform gives us good visibility into our AWS costs and provides meaningful recommendations on where we can optimize and reduce spend. The insights are practical and help our team take concrete actions rather than just reporting usage.
What really stood out was the support during a sudden and unexpected increase in CloudWatch log usage. The Cloudkeeper team helped us quickly identify the root cause, understand which service and configuration were responsible, and guided us on how to fix the issue and prevent it from happening again.

There are no major drawbacks so far. As with any evolving platform, there is always room for incremental improvements in usability and feature depth—such as more customization options and deeper, contextual explanations within the dashboard—to help new users act on insights more quickly. Overall, the experience has been smooth and reliable.

Folder level cost optimization should also be there in aws s3.

By providing real-time cost insights, optimization recommendations, and automated governance, it helps identify unused or inefficient resources quickly. This directly benefits me by reducing cloud costs, improving budget predictability, and saving operational time that would otherwise be spent on manual cost analysis and reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
CloudKeeper’s responsiveness and expertise stand out the most. Their team is extremely quick in identifying and resolving AWS-related issues — often within minutes. The depth of their technical knowledge, especially around IAM, RDS, and infrastructure troubleshooting, gives a lot of confidence. Their support feels proactive and hands-on, which significantly reduces downtime and operational overhead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall the experience is positive, but the cost-related insights on the CloudKeeper console could be clearer. Having more detailed visibility into how savings are calculated and how costs are broken down would make the platform even more helpful.

CloudKeeper solves our AWS operational challenges by rapidly diagnosing and fixing issues like IAM permission gaps and RDS access problems. This saves us time, prevents outages, and keeps our cloud environment stable.

It gives excellent visibility into our AWS usage and monthly spend. The dashboards are clean, intuitive, and much easier to use than digging through native AWS billing reports. With CloudKeeper, we quickly identify cost spikes, unused resources, and get insight into where we can optimise — something we previously missed. The integration is seamless, and the support team is responsive and very helpful when we have cost-related queries.

In larger or more complex environments, we sometimes wish for more flexibility in how reports are generated or scheduled.
