Great experience with CloudKeeper
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding experience was very smooth. Not having to change any significant part of your infrastructure to save on the bill is a great value proposition. In addition, the team have been very responsive to requests and advice. Their well architected review was in-depth and insightful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing of note. All the interactions with the team have been pleasant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudKeeper provides a more granular view into our cloud spend. We have been able to slice and dice the bill much easier with the CloudKeeper interface. It is also friendlier towards non-technical teams.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudKeeper team helped us to understand the process of service quota request and clarify our doubts regarding EC2 instances that we wanted to launch. This is helping us to increase our productivity.
Seamless Integration and Exceptional Savings
What do you like best about the product?
I am amazed by how seamless the integration of CloudKeeper was with our existing AWS infrastructure. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and the insights it provides have been pivotal in our cost-saving measures. From the very beginning of cooperation with CloudKeeper, we have noticed a decrease in costs for AWS. With CloudKeeper, we get price savings plans and RDS discounts with no annual commitment. In addition, after the recent Well-Architected Review, we saw additional opportunities to optimize our costs.CloudKeeper's team is also commendable for their swift responses and expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite the numerous useful reports, it would be great to see the data in the reports in real time, and not with a delay of two days. Also, some reports could be more detailed for in-depth analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before partnering with CloudKeeper, we had a hard time predicting annual usage when ordering AWS Savings Plans. Now, thanks to CloudKeeper, we don't have to worry about annual commitments and enjoy the best prices. CloudKeeper has become an indispensable tool for our organization, allowing not only to reduce costs, but also to optimize the process of working with cloud technologies. In addition, the CloudKeeper team acts as an extension of our team, always in touch and ready to help at any time.Their team shows a high level of involvement and is ready to support us at every stage of cooperation.

Cloudkeeper really helps us keep control of our cloud costs in a simple and concise format. It is easy to track down cost increases and anomalies across all of our cloud accounts.

Easy to view AWS costs of multiple accounts in one place.
AWS WAFR is easily conducted. Security measures for the account and cost savings were identified in the exercise.

Seamless collaboration with cloud partner
What do you like best about the product?
To start with, CloudKeeper helps save costs with direct discounts and a unified UI intended for infra-cost management. On top of it, communication with CloudKeeper's team has been consistently clear and responsive. Any challenges or questions were addressed promptly, showcasing their dedication to customer satisfaction. It's clear that they prioritize building long-term relationships based on trust and mutual growth. The cloudKeeper team has been an extended arm for us to streamline cloud infra management.

We are engaging with CloudKeeper for 2 of the major problems that we faced. Cost savings, and cloud infra management with industry-standard practices. Engagement with cloudkeeper has helped us in both of these.
Best way to optimise cloud spends
What do you like best about the product?
1. CK team from TTN is super supportive on all our tracks around infra cost optimisation, EDP, CSP, maintenance activities like VPC peering, VPC separation, Spot capacity rebalancing, capacity provider, NAT gateways to reduce inter AZ costs and evaluation of AWS managed services from a cost perspective (ex: RDS vs self-hosted mysql DB). The team gets hands-on and support us even during off biz hours maintenance activities that usually happen post midnight in our context.
2. CK Lens is a cool tool that we use a lot more than AWS cost explorer. Segregated daily views on various heads/resources like CDN, EC2, S3 etc help us to monitor our cloud spends manually. We also use their alerting mechanisms to detect any deviations in our spends wherein we get notified via emails
3. Overall, we've got a deep discount with our EDP commitment via TTN on AWS and a great support from the team so far.

What do you dislike about the product?
CK Lens can try to provide the cost insights as real time as AWS does (ex: CSP utilisation in CK Lens would have 1 or 2 days delay when compared to AWS). Getting cost analysis via tags will be another good to have feature.
Other than these improvements in tool, I don't see any discomfort with the team or the entire service and product.

Helps us to optimise our cloud spends in AWS by proactively monitoring cost, suggesting recommendations which aren't available in AWS etc. We were able to save hundreds of thousands of dollars over the past 1.5 years of collaboration with CloudKeeper team
