Helpful AWS Cost Optimization Partner with Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
CloudKeeper has helped us bring clarity and control to our AWS cost management. It offers smart recommendations, easy-to-understand dashboards, and committed savings plans that make a real impact. The ease of use stands out — it’s simple enough for non-FinOps users but still powerful for deeper analysis. The implementation was quick, with great onboarding support. Their customer support team is highly responsive and consistently helpful.
The integration with our AWS setup was smooth, and required minimal effort from our team.
We typically use CloudKeeper on a weekly basis, especially during billing reviews and monthly cost planning. It has become a regular part of our workflow for managing and optimizing AWS costs.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the insights and recommendations are helpful, execution still requires internal effort — such as tagging or architectural tweaks — which sometimes slows down actionability. The dashboards are good but could benefit from more custom filters or export options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudKeeper helps us tackle one of our biggest challenges with AWS: unpredictable and rising cloud costs. By offering reserved pricing benefits and ongoing savings recommendations, it allows us to better plan and control our cloud spend.
It also gives our team better visibility into usage patterns, helping us identify underutilized resources and take action. Overall, CloudKeeper has helped us reduce unnecessary costs and make more informed infrastructure decisions — all without adding operational burden.

Continuous cost-monitoring, recommendations and overall support on changes related to infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of currently. CloudKeeper has met our expectations on every front so far.

CloudKeeper is helping us solve the ongoing challenge of AWS cost visibility and optimization. It provides us with actionable insights into usage patterns, idle or underutilized resources, and opportunities to save through right-sizing or reserved capacity. By continuously monitoring our AWS account and surfacing cost anomalies or inefficiencies in near real-time, CloudKeeper enables us to make proactive decisions rather than reactive cleanups. The biggest benefit is that it automates and simplifies the cost-optimization process, freeing up our engineers to focus on core application development instead of constantly chasing cost issues.

One area for improvement could be integration with other public could providers like Azure.

Really like the passion to get on the call and help us in troubleshooting and providing valuable insights in the meeting.
Recently i raised case for my sudden spike in cloudwatch cost and rohan chauhan from CK team has took the case and he did make sure that we get the end result of this and find out the actual RCA of the cost.
I really liked his passion/knowledge throughout the call.
Assistance is quite commendable.

What do you like best about the product?
Ck lens dashboard shows cost breakup for services which is awesome compared to aws cost explorer.
And also like the ck tuner recommendations to optimize our resources and cost.

Few things is missing like individual glue jobs cost and rds older snapshots delete recommendations.

Providing suggestions and recommendations to follow best practices and helping in aws related supports as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Great support and experienced resources. Last time we have encountered major security incident. CloudKeeper involved senior resources and even brought AWS resources to mitigate the Hack attempt. We were successfully secured. Post incident follow up also really awesome as we have received the best practices advises on securing our accounts and its services.

Nothing to be disliked so far. Services are so good.

Insights and Dashboard, Easy to figure out AWS resources Cost. Alert notification integration, Insightful recommendations in CK Tuner.
What do you dislike about the product?
No connectivity with resources, like AWS Marketplace resources like Mongo ( Support for it would be helpful in Billing Justifications and Cost tracking ).
API Support for making custom dashboard, Or THe feature to make custom dashboards, I think it should be a top priority to create dashboard in Cloudkeeper, on different filters , as for example team wise costs.
