What do you like best about the product?
Cost Projections and Resource Optimization: We've seen significant improvements in managing our AWS spending. CloudKeeper provides valuable insights and tools that help us accurately project costs and optimize our resources, ensuring we're not over-provisioning and that we're getting the most value out of our cloud investment.

Valuable Insights and Cleanup Tools: The proactive insights from their team have been a huge help. They don't just react to our requests; they provide guidance and suggestions that have improved our overall cloud posture. Their cleanup tools have also been essential for maintaining a clean and efficient environment, helping us identify and remove unused or redundant resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently we dont have any open issues. All good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost optimization and cost saving benefits. Understanding unpredictable cost spendings.

AWS Glue issue. Currently no AWS support so not found the issue and didn't get resolved. But the logic is good.

What do you like best about the product?
Their lens platform that gives detailed insights on costs and also their discounts and credit period.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, everything's pretty good so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single bill per month instead of several payments generated by GCP. Credit period of 30 days gives us more flexibility to pay.

Sometimes the detailed reports can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but once you get familiar with the platform, it becomes very easy to use.

CloudKeeper helps us optimize cloud costs by providing visibility into usage, identifying unused resources, and ensuring better budget control. This has improved cost efficiency and allowed us to focus more on innovation.

What do you like best about the product?
CloudKeeper helped implement the AWS Load Balancer Controller for our EKS clusters, enabling seamless deployment of ALBs. This made it easy to integrate AWS WAF, enhancing our application’s security with managed web protections.

What do you like best about the product?
1. The Cloudkeeper support team is very response and helpful.
2. Clean user interface.
3 Ease of implementation.
4. Insight into usage and recommendations on how to lower costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing comes to mind.
Not much of a dislike but limitation is that AWS marketplace cannot be used on AWS accounts that have been liked to Cloudkeeper.
This is because billing is done in the Singapore region which is not support.
We worked around this by using account not linked to Cloudkeeper for this.
