What do you like best about the product?
CloudKeeper healps in cost visibility and helps reduce unwanted spends. The support provided is also very good. Thanks to Aryaman Sharma for the support whenever needed

Great Cloud Cost Dashboard with strong Granularity
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me analyze my cloud costs in a single place, which saves me time. I can then spend that time finalizing the action items based on the analysis. The cost dashboard features are really good, and the level of granularity is also strong.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t find any downsides to it. The only thing I feel is missing is a feature to tag resource IDs with tags. If that gets added, it would be much easier for a team to identify which resources are costing more.

CloudKeeper helps organizations gain clearer visibility and stronger control over their cloud spending. It highlights unused or underutilized resources and offers actionable insights that make it easier to reduce cloud costs. The platform also streamlines cost tracking and supports improved financial governance across different cloud environments, so teams can better understand where money is going and make more informed decisions.

Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and consistently resolves cloud-related issues in a timely manner. Today, I received excellent support from Anjali and Sahil, who quickly stepped in, understood the problem, and helped resolve it efficiently. Overall, their proactive approach, technical expertise, and cost-effective support model make CloudKeeper a strong and dependable partner for our cloud operations.

There are no major concerns at the moment; however, there is room for improvement in advanced reporting and deeper service-level insight

CloudKeeper (CK) has been instrumental in troubleshooting recent issues related to VPC networking, DynamoDB, QuickSight security configurations, and AWS Global Accelerator access.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that CloudKeeper helps our company control and reduce cloud spending. It's quite beneficial and useful, especially for our management team who use it for financial reports and usage reports. It's used by various technical units and has been set up two days before our financial team started using it. The way CloudKeeper integrates with Google Cloud is beneficial for managing costs and setting up financial reports. Every part of the service is useful, covering multiple aspects, and I'm quite satisfied with the features as they are. Setting up CloudKeeper was very easy and straightforward with less stress, making it a stress-free experience. I highly recommend CloudKeeper as it's very useful, straightforward, and easy to use, even for beginners.

Expert Help with Deep Cloud Provider Knowledge around Identity center.
What do you like best about the product?
They not only help us with billing queries, they have great in depth knowledge of cloud provider services as well, and they help us through that as well which is really great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to be honest. I like the way they set up meetings and explain different issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently they helped me understand the setup for AWS identity center with external account. It was very insightful as they walked me through a demo UI as well.
Great AWS Cost Dashboard and Fast Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard provides a clear breakdown of the AWS account, and it also makes it easy to get customer support quickly. I frequently check and monitor the costs of our services and products, and this helps me stay on top of our spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cloudkeeper does not have SSO, and this creates a little bit of the management effort to manage accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using CloudKeeper, we didn’t have a clear idea of the cost details for each service. With the CloudKeeper dashboard, we can quickly get an overview of our costs. We also continuously optimize spending and keep monitoring the dashboard to track and measure our cost-optimization efforts over time.
