What do you like best about the product?
I like how the Mixpanel interface is very easy to navigate, even for those who aren't particularly tech or data-centered. It's very reliable and helps me digest information clearly so I can make quick and informed decisions. This ease of use is imperative for our business as it means I don't have to dive through complex data, making the interface incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would actually say if there's a way for Mixpanel to start distilling its own analytics through more AI, it'd be great. If I can do less thinking and more doing, it'd be awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel streamlines data sharing, making it easy for me to digest information visually. It's not confusing and supports quick, informed decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Mixpanel to measure the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing journeys from owned channels, paid, and direct. I appreciate the clear visibility into the full customer journey across all my channels, allowing me to see what's driving behavior and revenue. Mixpanel lets me validate experiments quickly. I like using the funnels and retention reports to help me quantify long-term engagement. Session replay and heatmaps allow me to zoom into how users behave to improve customer experience. These features together turn broad journey patterns into actionable insights.

I find the learning curve for marketers who are not familiar with the deep data to be steep.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Mixpanel valuable for building new dashboards, which was easy for me as a business user, and sharing them with other business stakeholders. The clear flows and analytics in Mixpanel helped us analyze website analytics and funnel seamlessly, providing insights into which areas needed focus and which ones could be marketed heavily through emails and app notifications. The initial setup of Mixpanel for my team was relatively easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the capability to track new metrics or add new metrics a bit of a complex process at the time I was using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Mixpanel for website and app analytics, tracking visits, product clicks, and usage metrics. Its interactive dashboards help analyze website analytics and funnels seamlessly, informing focus areas and marketing strategies.

I like that it's easy to create a dashboard, open the dashboard, and see visualizations of important metrics. There are many visualization options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's questions about the data integrity. It's easy to see aggregate level data, but not as traceable to an exact user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel provides data visualizations for user behavior, surfaces trends, and monitors key metrics with ease. I like its dashboard creation and variety of visualization options.

What do you like best about the product?
- We get to see the details of our data in very clear and easy way
- Will be able to locate fields easily pointing to easier understanding and clear design
- Personally liked working with MixPanel as the features are actually more compared to any CDP tool I've ever used.
- I remember noticing the changes in UI, which infact were better version of previous, actually point towards the continous work and development going into it from the backend
- Working with MixPanel gives you the best experience and the retrieval of data in better time.
- Frequency of Use doesn't impact the tool as well..

I've worked on MixPanel for quite a time and I don't have much of issues causing worry but here are some ignorable issues..
- Continuos changes on the UI(backend work) makes user hard to work/locate on elements which aren't at places where they were supposed to be.
- I've worked on elements which are displaying similar data(same data sometimes) in different locations in MixPanel.

Mixpanel Graphs Make My Work Easier
What do you like best about the product?
It makes my work easier by just looking at the graph feature of the mixpanel

Nothing since it is easy access, easy to understand

the redemption of the promos we've been working on. It benefits me since I don't need to check every promotion manually and calculate everything. by just using mixpanel, it shows everything no calculation needed

As a product manager, I'm often asked how users interact with our product or how something performs. Mixpanel lets me easily generate reports using a user-friendly interface rather than having to compile data manually in a spreadsheet and visualize it. This self-service product analytics feature saves me a lot of time and effort.

The learning curve can be a bit steep for those who have never used a product analytics platform before. There are also often syncing issues when you are trying to make multiple edits quickly.

Mixpanel makes it easy to understand funnel data, especially when drilling down into the users who complete specific actions. It saves our engineering and data teams a lot of time on modeling and QA.

The UI is initially a bit confusing to navigate, especially when trying to understand the difference between Insights and the Funnel views.

Mixpanel has saved our data and engineering teams countless hours that we would otherwise spend modeling our events. It also makes it easy for us to understand user behavior through a multitude of different data slices.
