it is really easy to use, with so much visualization features

Mixpanel's event-based tracking makes it easy to understand user interactions with your product or app, such as clicks, purchases, and feature usage. It offers a granular level of insight.

While Mixpanel is feature-rich, new users may find it overwhelming, especially if they lack experience with analytics tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel allows businesses to track how users interact with their product, from feature usage to transaction flows, and you can improve retention strategies by identifying what keeps users engaged and addressing the causes of churn.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility is excellent; you can create everything you need using the predefined UI components without writing custom code.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it is slow, causing board updates to fail.

Consolidating all metrics in one location for company-wide sharing.

What do you like best about the product?
Great product to easily and frequently gather and share knowledge input with my co-workers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the usage of particular functionalities is not intuitive. Also building multiple boards is sometimes not optimal as I cannot nest them and build structures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning about adoption and retention of our digital product. The flow diagrams are perfect for taking an explorative dive into how the users worfklows look like.

What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel is an intuitive platform that enables all business stakeholders to access and generate power behavioural analytics. Advanced analysis is made readily available and easy to compile quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a large org with hundreds of mixpanel users, we are challenged with coordinating and minimising "recreating the wheel" versus encouraging full autonomy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Behavioural analysis. Customer journeys and job to be done measurement

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, user interface is also great! The data visualization if great from a marketerer's perspective. Gives the insights that you want for funnel analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little clunky when setting up, need to make sure it is 100% correct before using, otherwise you will have a false read in data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding user journey as they go through your funnel. The ability to easily see where users are dropping off before chechout is important to understand the problem and then coming up with a solution for it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact you can breakdown and understand your product inside and out using real-time actioins users are taking in your platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is a learning curve on how to utilize it completely and efficiently. While it is generally easy to use, it definitely calls for an education phase before really being effective with it, and that's considering everything is configured correctly for your individual platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps solve our need for product analytics and understanding product launches, engagement, north star metric, etc.

being able to review all kinds of data on mixpanel is great! i particularly like the data visualization created by it. it is easy to use and i utilize it daily.

if integration with your product at the back end isn't done right the data can be misleading.

allows us to deal several different factors at the same time but helping us build dashboards and tracking data over time.

MixPanel makes it incredibly easy to cut through data and uncover trends from our user base
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly intuitive and easy to learn. Within minutes we were able to set up meaningful events and easily track our customers journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without proper SE's, it can be hard to properly track. With the right team behind you, this isn't an issue though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MixPanel helps us easily make sense of our user journey and where our users face the most friction. With this data, we can easily implement change and make our apps UI/UX more user friendly.
