Mixpanel is simple and helps us detect patterns, opportunities and weaknesses
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, and the information I've gleaned from analyzing statistics, sales reports, market data and event-related diagnostics has helped me refine my strategy. The sophisticated segmentation features it offers help us classify our consumers based on their unique characteristics and interaction patterns. To improve the user experience and refine our brand, we monitor crucial events, activities and conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
From what I see, it is sometimes slow due to the sheer volume of data it must process, and sometimes makes diagnostic errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the revenue growth rate has increased over the previous year, the company has relied on market analysis formulas for future sales procedures, this software has been helpful in this regard. It allows us to divide our consumers into distinct groups based on factors such as geography, device and usage patterns. It allows me to better understand specific subsets of users with its help. Sales can attest to its usefulness. I believe you will make the best choice in terms of data analytics software with statistical prediction, product sales potential and the capital it helps you create.

The intuition of use when analyzing my product.

Some core features are disabled for users even paying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many product analytic tools offer extremely high price for early startup, but mixpanel offers very fair price and quite similar features with others.
I love Mixpanel although it disappoints me rarely !

It make every insight preparation like a snap with one condition which is giving it a clean data, which should be our responsiblity in fact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mixpanel is updating how the product looks not what the product offers, no new things in graph types or reporting types, even the new AI module it takes too much time comparing with other competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a power bi user for almost 5 five year till now, I thought power bi was the easiest tool ever, then I tried Mixpanel, with Mixpanel it was my first time to get introduced to event data and attributes, and actually Mixpanel made it easy to me to learn fast and manipulate the data much faster to get whatever insights I need.
Incredible Tool for SAAS Companies
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use - once the script is loaded in the application, it is a child's play to configure the dashboards. Useful insights could be garnered even with little coding experience. However there are still lot more features to explore
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up lookup tables often not happening - when we replace the lookup tables with a new one, the results do not populate based on updated data.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing abaout mixpanel is it tracks all the actions done by user while using your platform, be it clickibg a banner, scrolling or even hovering, everthing is captured. Based on your requirement everthing is captured
What do you dislike about the product?
The accuracy of data provided by mixpanel is not very reliable. You can use it as a qualatitative analytics platform but presently quantitatative analysis cannot be done given the accuracy of data is not good.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us in capturing data points which we had not even thought were required, although the accuracy of data is not up to the mark however the quantity of data points captured are second to none
Powerful event tracking for customer insights and analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Detailed event tracking and user funnels.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's incredibly powerful, Mixpanel can be a bit complex to configure all the options correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking user behaviour in our marketing funnel to identify blockers to conversion/purchase.

What do you like best about the product?
I keep Mixpanel in an open tab at all times. It's powerful, simple to use and keeps giving me great insights that improve the performance of our platform immensely. I can drill right down into our data and come up with answers to complex problems really quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
Mixpanel isn't optimised for a mobile experience, but I rarely use it on mobile. In time, it would be nice to see the experience optimised for mobile, but understandable that its not a priority.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Mixpanel, I'm able to analyse and test UI performance, and quickly point to improvements we can make. Before we started using Mixpanel, everything was just hypothesis, now we have solid data to back up all of our decisions.
Easy to work with - every data we need

Mixpanel is extremely easy to use. None of us did need a significant amount of time to understand how to use it. Quickly implemented and go.

Currently there aren't any Downsides for us.

We were searching for an analytics tool that scales with our business. With mixpanel we found the perfect solution.
Better than Amplitude
What do you like best about the product?
We got lots of help to analyze and visualize data. The way it charges is also favorable for me. Earlier with Amplitude, they charged in proportional to data points. That's why we migrated from Amplitude.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, so good. Nothing particularily bothers me.
Hopefully, the tool could be extended to attribution tracking for web and app.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, we needed to bring developers to analyze data all the time. It takes time and effort to do so. Now, most of the works are done without needing to ask for dev's help.
Devs are also benefited from data visualization. Not only data extraction, its visualization was also costly.

Very nice product
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to view various data of our product in a all in one dashboarcd. Easy to create various dashboards and layouts which best serve the business goals at the moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is plenty of room to improve. The "copy and sync" feature could really use an update or two to have versatile functions. Funnels could use an improvement, for example, in a A-B-C funnel, making two breakdowns to have A-C and A-B-C funnels to view on the same chart is impossible, while implementing this could be as easy as letting us mark a funnel step as optional.
