Not as such, but they can make the location info. More precise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently they are trying to fix issues around location, user interaction with the app etc.
Great tool to do quick analysis
What do you like best about the product?
The drag-and-drop feature makes it super easy to do a quick analysis and helps understand how a particular feature performs. Anyone who does not know how to query and fetch data from a database can also use the tool. Also, the UI feels good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I could think of. The platform is awesome.

Excellent analytics platform
What do you like best about the product?
The reports are so intuitive I can pull together insights in seconds. I also love the Lookup table functionality. It allows us to add to the data without needing to involve engineering. Often as I'm building a report, I will find I would like to tweak the data in some way - such as trimming down the language code. In the past, with other platforms, this would have required an engineering change to modify the event. But with lookup tables, I can supplement the data on my own, and it applies retroactively to all my data! Extremely powerful!
What do you dislike about the product?
We were really looking forward to being able to tie a users journey across the enrollment process to conversion into an MAU. Unfortunately, once we got to implementation it became apparent that Mixpanel's architecture assumes each device is only used by one user. Our platform supports multiple users per device. This has left us unable to track any of the automatic events and we've had to remove all unauthenticated events. Mixpanel is attempting to work with us to find an alternative solution but we havent reached one yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We came from using Google Analytics and Firebase - or I should say we supported those applications but they were so ineffective that no one on our team used them. With Mixpanel we're able to answer the questions about our users and how they are interacting with our app; which devices types are they using, which features they are using, etc. Its given us a view into how what we're building is being used and its set us on the path towards being able to tie that back to the overall company objectives.
Easy to use and great tool for insights
What do you like best about the product?
I wasn´t an expert in any event analytic tool when I first started using Mixpanel. The way to build your dashboards is very amicable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some features missing in case you want to also use it as a KPI Dashboard.

It gives me an understing in app performace, were there might be issues and also some insight about users behaviors inside my app.
Better than Amplitude
What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel is so easy to use and set up. The reports are geared for easy building and date range comparisons, allowing us to keep all our reporting in the platform instead of exporting the data. Dashboards are a breeze and super easy to customize for non-Mixpanel experts in our organization to make the most of the tool. Custom properties and events also allow us to clean up our data without involving our engineering team, freeing up time for them as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see the ability to use revenue as a KPI more. Although you can sum properties on your events, that ability is limited to a specific report type and you can't use this tool in funnels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel helps us get visibility into user behavior on site, helping us understand what pages users visit and what areas they click. This helps us identify areas of friction and evaluate the performance of new site features.
Intuitive enough for beginners, powerful enough for data teams
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Mixpanel is its easy learning curve. Most of our collaborators are able to uncover data insights without needing to write any code, which really helps promote data democratization within our company. Additionally, Mixpanel’s support team is excellent and consistently available to assist with any issues that arise. Last but not least, it is now available in many languages (including spanish and french), so all our collaborators can use it now
What do you dislike about the product?
There's only one thing I keep struggling with in Mixpanel: The 'Import Schema' option to edit properties information as a batch. When trying to upload a CSV, it doesn't recognize the values.
There are also other importing options liek Avo, mParticle and Segment, although we don't use them in my company. The other option is to manually update each property.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel makes it easy for us to visualize the events triggered by users as they interact with an app or website, and to analyze their behavior using the properties associated with each event. This is particularly helpful for informing business-oriented decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Boards on Mixpanel are an invaluable view/tool for me. They keep essential product metrics front and center, allowing me to conveniently access acquisition and retention reports. By monitoring the interactions of our top OneTap users, I can gain valuable insights and make informed decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to analytics tools, Mixpanel truly stands in a league of its own. I haven't come across any other tool that even comes close to offering the same level of functionality and insights. Mixpanel is simply unparalleled.

Great, user friendly platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the custom report creation to build a dashboard of your choice. It is much easier to drill down into specific campaigns or sources and hide others in Mixpanel compared to other analytics software I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without someone introducing it to me, it made no sense. There is a learning curve with the report creation required to make a board. After learning how to do this, it became simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel has allowed us to set a baseline for conversion rates and progress and improve our UX and marketing strategies. It is also assisting in understanding our consumers and their behaviors. This was not very accurate or traceable before Mixpanel.
Great for visualising data
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to visualise data in many ways. From time graphs to pie charts. Integrating logs with the SDK is also quite easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
API to access already ingested data is hard to get access to. Dashboards sent to Slack could look nicer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualising user journeys through our app. Funnels and timelines are useful. Also logging usage per organisation.
Easy to master Data analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to understand but has a lot of power. It's crunches data very fast, never had problems with perfomance. The user interface is well designed and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some improvements could be made within Lexicon and the documentation of Events and Event properties. When your project has a lot of data it's really powerfull to have documentation about these Events. The current Lexicon section could be improved for that.

Giving us insights about feature usage, user (customer) statistics and user distribution.
