Review: 1 year usage of Mixpanel
What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel has a very easy to use user interface, and it can track events in real time as well as creating dazzling visualizations directly when querying for information about users on my app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mixpanel could fix the mechanism behind exporting data as CSV - sometimes I need to export data from a funnel on a daily basis, so it would be great to have automatic export of data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MP can help me search for necessary information in a relatively quick and easy way compared to querying from databases, and it allows me to share my insights very easily
Functional, intuitive, and easy
What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel is great for quick data visualization. Simple and not over complicated. Tutorials are very helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that mixpanel would generate charts with AI at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me better understand user problems and drop off points. I'm able to see the average journey of a user when interacting with our app

Easy to use, self explanatory filters, easy data export, real time data updation.

There's no feature that I dislike about Mixpanel at the moment

Excellent tool to understand your SAAS product
What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel makes it easy to tag activity within the software and filter by user properties. There are many options to built funnels and reports that allow you to drill down into almost any aspect of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far O have not come up against anything that K was not able to do in Mixpanel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel helps us to understand workflow problems within the app and monitor the adoption of new features. We also use it to report engagement levels of users that belong to larger enterprise accounts.
Mixpanel is an excellent user behavior analytics software.
What do you like best about the product?
The customizable aspect of the dashboard has been immensely helpful and allows us to answer both acute and obtuse questions about user behavior and flows. I have not used another analytics software but am thoroughly impressed with this one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is a moderately steep learning curve and it takes awhile to capitalize on the full utility that mixpanel provides. I would enjoy more demo/youtube instructionals.

Mixpanel helps us understand utilization, workflow, and generally gauge how our products are performing. It's particularly useful for understanding what areas our consumers are most interested in.
Great Customer Support and A Powerful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel has been an incredible asset for our business. Not only does it provide us with powerful analytics and insights, but their customer support is simply outstanding. Whenever we've had questions or needed assistance, their team has been prompt, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Mixpanel is not only a powerful tool, but their commitment to excellent customer service sets them apart. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
While Mixpanel has proven to be an invaluable tool for our business, there is one aspect that could be improved. Occasionally, navigating through the interface can feel a bit overwhelming due to the abundance of features and options available. Simplifying the user experience and streamlining the interface would greatly enhance usability. Nonetheless, this minor inconvenience does not diminish the overall value that Mixpanel brings to our analytics efforts.

Mixpanel solves the problem of fragmented data by allowing us to fuse data from different channels into one unified platform. This capability is immensely beneficial as it enables us to cross-reference data and gain a comprehensive understanding of our users' journey. By having a centralized view of our users' interactions across various touchpoints, we can analyze their behavior, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize our products and services. Mixpanel's ability to provide a holistic view of the user journey has greatly enhanced our understanding and engagement with our audience, leading to improved customer experiences and better business outcomes.

All you need to get started with product analytics
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly easy to use, even if you are a single person beginning to understand the data your product generates. As someone used to Google Analytics, I felt more confident about the data quality since you can see events in real time and use Lexicon to organize and create a shared understanding. Building reports is super intuitive, even if you're not a data analyst. Documentation also helps a lot with the setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to customize graph styles, but it's a minor inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding how the delivered features move the needle, what journey points can improve, and overall monitoring of the platform's health.

The freemium is generous, but it would be great to have more reports in freemium
