What do you like best about the product?
I like that Mixpanel works fast and helps me see reports quickly. It is also easy to change between different workspaces, which makes my work more simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really have any dislikes about Mixpanel. Everything works well for me, and I can easily find all the tools I need for my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel helps me understand how people use our application. I can easily analyze user actions and quickly check which features are most popular. The many filters make it very convenient to find the exact data I need and improve our product faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Mixpanel for about a year and a half, and it has been incredibly valuable for tracking events in our mobile app. I love the insights reports as they make it easy to set up and provide a clear visual presentation of how the app is growing and where I might be losing users. Another aspect I enjoy is the multi-visualization of results and the straightforward setup of reference time periods, which enhances data interpretation and decision-making. Mixpanel's ease of event setup simplifies the process and creates a seamless way to monitor app performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the retention board in Mixpanel underutilized, as it doesn’t add much value to my analysis. Additionally, I find it restrictive that the KPI tree feature is not included in the growth plan, which limits its benefits for growth-focused projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Mixpanel to track app events, build funnels, and generate insights, which help me visualize app growth and identify user drop-off points.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Mixpanel is its focus on truly understanding user behavior, rather than just tracking user counts. If I had to highlight one standout feature, it would be the combination of event-based tracking and segmentation.

Integrating Mixpanel into your app or website is straightforward. The dashboards are easy to configure, allowing you to begin monitoring your events almost immediately. I believe Mixpanel is essential for both startups and growing companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the report, things can become quite complex. However, all features are thoroughly documented, and you can always refer to their documentation for guidance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel solves the problem of understanding how users actually interact with our product. Traditional analytics tools focus on traffic and page views, but that doesn’t tell us why users convert, drop off, or stay engaged. Mixpanel gives us event-based, behavioral data, so we can clearly see what actions users are taking inside the product.

Key problems it solves:

1. Lack of visibility into user behaviour – We can now track the exact steps users take, not just whether they showed up.

2. Unclear drivers of conversion and retention – Funnels and cohorts show which features correlate with growth vs. churn.

3. Slow, analyst-dependent insights – Teams can answer their own questions without SQL, which speeds up decisions.

4. Difficulty measuring feature adoption – We can see how new features are being used and by whom.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of usage and the implementation with Node.js server side
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing of the add-ons is a little bit expensive each time we have to subscribe to a new module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analyse the traffic of our website and all the usage of our product. We use mixpanel to see which marketing campaign is better than the other, to improve the conversion rate of our website and our product

What do you like best about the product?
I find it remarkably easy to create advanced data visualisations, which in turn supports both business and technical decision-making by basing them on data and not guessing.

There is a little bit of a learning curve until you understand how to use some of the filtering/breakdown features.

The software helps us monitor usage and provides valuable insights into the performance of certain systems.

What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel is a very flexible data collection and analysis tool. At MashApp Music, we use Mixpanel to inform our product development and report usage to our content partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any powerful tool, you need to spend time learning to use it. If you're a founder like me, you're going to need to have someone working for you who spends a significant amount of their time learning to deploy Mixpanel. That said, Mixpanel has a great community of consultants whom we've used to get up-to-speed fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to under what our users are doing, and we need to provide contractually-required metrics to our content partners.

Extremely easy to setup instrumentation and quickly build dashboards to track user behavior

Downside would likely be ease of setting up experiments and how to track AB tests easily

Easy to use, a lot of great docs and tools for learning how to leverage, good options for data visualization

The UI feels a little bit more complicated than other dashboarding tools, a bit overwhelming when i share dashboards with colleagues who never use dashboarding tools
