A very flexible platform for analyzing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the UI UX, it's easy to use.
I also like that it's so flexible & can be easily custom for our needs.
I like the "Email digest" feature too!
And I appreciate that you do webinars often!

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the "unlimited" options to analyze the app data make us feel a bit lost :)
Besides that, you often change your UI and app languages, so it's hard to follow.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can custom and set the events according to my need. Thank Mixpanel, I can follow trends in different areas in my app.
Excellent analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Mixpanel provides powerful graphs and insights that allow us to identify user behaviors, improve our application user experience and drive more sales. The integration with our existing apps was seamless using the Mixpanel SDKs, and the usage was simple and smooth. The customization, such as renaming events and using different layouts, is excellent. Furthermore, the Slack integration is fantastic and allows us to track who signs up for our platforms and allow us to take actions on suspicious accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
- The lack of a mobile version is frustrating sometimes
- Sometimes, the graph data takes a long time to load
- Lack of TV mode for the events page
- Not being able to preview dashboards in Notion and Slack

Easy and intuitive data visualizations
What do you like best about the product?
I like best the ability I have to control effortlessly the data I work with and the visualization of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more flexibility in manipulating the data (like a better way to join tables with a custom parentkey)

The need to monitor our product Performance and analyze new features impact.
I would like to recommend it as this is very important tool to drive sales and get target market

Very easy to understand and navigate through, not as complicated as some of the other tools, helps me keep track of my day to day tasks. 100% recommended to business owners and their employees

Nothing really, so far my experience on mixpanel has been positive. I've been using it almost every work day since I got employed at the company I currely work for, so far so good! :)

Mixpanel has eliminated the need to keep referring back to my manager for my daily work performance, I just check the charts and know exactly where I stand daily

Seamless and intuitive experience for obtaining the data I need out of my SAAS Business Analytics.

Uncapable of opening windows in new tabs.

Mixpanel has helped us optimize our Customer Journey, LTV and CAC more precisely.
Mixpanel is a great tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easily it integrates with Braze and how easy it is to use and manipulate the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. It's a great tool.

Having all my LCM data in one spot alongside our custom attributes and custom events makes it so easy to dissect our campaigns and know what is working and what is not.
Mixpanel = Great reports & analysis for your performance
What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel is great for helping us track how we are doing against our KPIs, and gives us detailed insights that allows us to make the right business decisions.

There are so many parts to understand to grasp the tool & how it works fully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a CSM, it is a key tool for tracking our users' behaviour & what they are doing on our platform. It helps us keep them engaged & happy.
Essential product analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
The "Path" graphs can be very useful to visualise user behaviours (actions they're taking, pages they visit). The overall filtering and graphing interface is very powerful yet super simple to use - probably best in industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get tricky to segment customers/users. There is a 'profile' feature but haven't been able to use it successfully so far.
Also, there isn't anything to visualise your current 'event' setup (i.e. which buttons/actions are hooked to which events) - you need to manage this yourself as far as I know.

It's helping me get to know our customers' behaviours, investigate the paths they're taking in our app and use these insights to drive our product development efforts.
