Mixpanel is incredible
What do you like best about the product?
Implementation is effortless, and the free plan allows you to do many things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot find any downside about Mixpanel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to their analytics, I can understand how users use my software and how to optimize my software to make it more accessible for my users.

What do you like best about the product?
Its fascinating how it helps new businesses experiment with their novel product features. Mixpanel gives visibility of the flow of the events the users go through and helps to create informative flow charts that lead to critical decision-making.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scatter plots are not possible, which helps the analyst to observe major clusters of users based on their behavioral attributes. I would like if they could add ways of plotting individual data points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding what is going on inside the users' minds by tracing each click is a massive help for re-crafting the feature flows efficiently. This benefits a lot with a new feature introduction.
Very smooth interface
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the smooth interface and fast loading of the meta data on a particular account . Very nice navigation and color scheme of website .
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to scroll down alot to find older logins for our website which consumes time .

It solves the login details and tracks the activity on our website real time . Very helpful
Mixpanel is an easy-to-use plug and play tool to help me understand my mobile app users.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful for me is that you explore new insights easily because of the plug-and-play feel. You store the valuable ones easily and for my developers it did not take much time to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes want to make graphs other than pie charts or bar charts. That is not always possible, at least not in the free version. And the more detailed investigation is sometimes harder to understand, I sometimes miss help with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How my users go through my app, and it helps me track my KPIs as a product manager. It saves me time investigating if my new features are adopted and solving the problems I intended to solve.

What do you like best about the product?
Having experience with various analytics tools, I would say that Mixpanel is the most user-friendly and dev-friendly! It's a very complete system, and for me, as a developer, it's a pleasure to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were using their built-in module for messaging that was later sunsetted. Had to replace this functionality with a different service, which went pretty smoothly since Mixpanel has a good number of integrations available.

We are using Mixpanel as a primary analytics tool in multiple web and native apps.
A great tool
What do you like best about the product?
The charting options are so intuitive and easy to use. It's very quick to get valuable insight. Our dashboards are shared across the business and in company demos
What do you dislike about the product?
Discovery and sharing of dashboards is not very easy. It's also unclear how cohorts work - this could be improved. We've also had problems with test data getting into production.

It allows us to see exact user behaviour in our app. This allows us to know exactly the journeys users are taking which allows us to make valid business decisions.
Data-driven decision making
What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel has completely transformed our ability to make data-driven decisions. It is also very user friendly and the support we have received with answering our questions and upskilling staff has been phenomenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not mobile friendly through their web app. Some views can be confusing at first but there are plenty 'how to's' on YouTube and the website has a really well structure help section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we were making assumption-based decisions. This tool gives us the ability to triangulate and issues quickly and address them with full visibility.

Very easy to use and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard templates are useful to achieve great visualizations without having a lot of knowledge on what data we want to explore. The documentation has been of great use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of using mixpanel are probably the few amount of reports you can create on the free plan and the big gap there is with the paid plan. However, the value it offers is worth it.

We wanted to track how many hours students were using our platform and on which courses they were spending the most time. We also used that information in order to benefit hard-studying students.

What do you like best about the product?
Easiness of creating dashboard with simple option to create quite advanced queries without having much coding experience. Saving and sharing dashboards in several manners lead to an overall understanding of our product within the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no autosave option, which sometimes lead to remaking a dashboard in case you forgot to press save. In the beginning there was a bug with duplicating dashboards, but this was solved within a few months.

lower the barrier to get product insights and sharing them with the whole team. Without mixpanel this process would take much longer.
The possibility to integrate with tools like appcues and hubspot is very valuable to us as well.
