Easy to implement, fast event slicing and dicing, self-serve reports and dashboards.
What do you like best about the product?
* Easy to Integrate. Took us less than a day to wire it up.
* Works well with our other tooling - Segment, FullStory, Sentry. We sprinkle various IDs as events happen and use custom properties to turn them into links.
* Pipelines is neat.

What do you dislike about the product?
* We are on an old grandfathered pricing plan based on MTUs. Moving to new pricing plan doesn't make sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We track feature usage of various pages and figure out how to unbottleneck our users. It's been helpful to also help us deprecate unused features from platform

What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel makes it easy to explore user behavior without getting lost in complexity. The UI is clean, reports are quick to build, and the learning curve is gentle—perfect for product teams that want insights fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan is generous, but pricing can escalate quickly. It would be helpful to have more flexibility around that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel helps us understand how users interact with our product—what features they use, where they drop off, and how engagement evolves over time. This allows us to make data-driven decisions quickly, without relying on engineers to pull custom reports. It’s especially useful for validating product changes and prioritizing features based on real usage, not just gut feeling.
Amazing experience for product analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up and to start using. It's basically where I start all my workdays.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features seem a little redundant (like funnels and flows), which can make it harder than necessary to ramp up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a comprehensive solution for advanced analysis on multiple interfaces and environments.
Valuable insights for Product Dev
What do you like best about the product?
As a product manager, I could monitor high and low users on a per-site/ Country/ version level with granularity that allows me to get valuable info. Easy to use and I'm sure I'm only scratching the surface
What do you dislike about the product?
I find some limitations in report generations but I suspect if I had more time Customer support or my internal colleagues could find solutions

Helps me validate usage and identify users that may have less obvious use cases.

I think I like the funnels in mixpanel the most - but apart from that also other features ( like different types of condintions functionalities is also good.

-one of the thing that sometime gets me confused is lets suppose I have created a normal data ( event data lets say) and then I convert into funnel steps - The numbers change ( I know - it happends because of total events and unique users but in some cases it doesnt make sense I am sure there is a logic to it but it should be mentioned like a guide or nudge or some hints that this has happened here. but still I like mixpanel because I know most of the problems arises because of instrumentation in company rather than a mixpanel problem

making dashboards for A/B experiments and making dashboards which involves seeing distribution of events/ users

What do you like best about the product?
The event-based tracking system is incredibly flexible, allowing our product, growth, and marketing teams to build funnels, define custom cohorts, and analyze retention patterns in just a few clicks. The UI is intuitive, the speed of queries is excellent, and features like breakdowns, filters, and user journey mapping help us make fast, data-informed decisions. It truly empowers non-technical stakeholders to act on product analytics independently.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the interface is generally user-friendly, there’s a learning curve to fully utilize features like custom events, formulas, and advanced cohort logic. Pricing can become steep as usage scales, so it’s important to continuously monitor what’s being tracked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel solves the problem of not knowing how users truly engage with our product. It gives us a clear, event-level view of user behavior, helping us answer questions like: Where are users dropping off? Which features drive retention? What actions lead to conversion?
Before Mixpanel, we relied on basic metrics. Now, we can segment users, analyze funnels, and measure retention and engagement in real-time—without needing a data team. This has helped us prioritize the right features, improve onboarding, and launch updates with confidence, knowing we can quickly track their impact.

What do you like best about the product?
The real time data flow is extremely helpful and makes for a seamless experience. I also find the action funnels to be particularly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the documentation descriptions as well as time to convert metrics. When I read about what/how a metric is defined at a step of the funnel can be confusing and it seems like time to convert fluctuates way too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we want to know how often users are engaging with different part of our products and what journey our users are following Mixpanel is very helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Removing events (if thousands have been triggered by mistake) will need some help of the support team, but their support is awesome!

What do you like best about the product?
As a Product Designer, I love how Mixpanel allows me to build funnels and explore user paths, helping me spot friction points and validate design decisions with real data. Its clean interface and ease of use are also key to the overall experience. In my experience, when tools are too complicated, they can be intimidating for users, but Mixpanel strikes a great balance between powerful features and usability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d love to see AI integrations in Mixpanel that could automatically highlight user behavior trends or friction points, making it even more powerful for data-informed design work.

For me gaining insights on my digital solutions.
