Awesome platform that I'd struggle to work without
What do you like best about the product?
Just how easy it is to create graphs and Dashboards to portray data to other users in my business. The granularity is also incredibly valuable when investigating issues with users and being able to view each event with 30 different data fields per event to help see what's going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few things I dislike about MixPanel. The only downside for me in my business is that we have separate platforms on separate projects, so it's tough to compare two platforms in Mix Panel itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can efficiently show data in an easy-to-understand way to others in my business. The ability to track every event that is happening across all of my platforms and use that data in hundreds of ways
The simplest and most visually satisfying way to make data-informed decisions
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly simple to use, especially for folks that are new to analytics tools altogether. The fact that I could build a funnel or map out our users' flows within seconds was deeply satisfying. The powerful filters and ability to integrate with any modern data stack are also particularly helpful. It's usually difficult to display data without confusing viewers however, Mixpanel's beautiful UI and scalable visuals make it easy to instantly gather insights and make data-informed decisions.
Mixpanel's team was incredibly supportive during the implementation phase and organised several training sessions for our team, which set us up for success.

What do you dislike about the product?
The site navigation could be better. Separately, there's a lot of upfront work that will be required by your engineers and data team to make Mixpanel work for your organisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a product manager, Mixpanel helps me track real-time in-product interactions that are event-based so that our team is able to understand user behaviour and deeper-level interactions to inform our product decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to analyse AB tests in minuts
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations of the tool- inability to look at totals as a sum instead of avg, the ability to adapt colors for them to match across the dashboard, inaccuracies in comparison to other BI systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
analysing AB tests quickly. Also the CSM - Mattew Smith is very professional, always available and clearly explains all the gaps.

Ways to visualize the data, user cohorts, and super customizable dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The grouping feature needs a bit of rework, the product it seems was designed more for individual user-based tracking.

I have a hard time understanding the meaning of the keywords.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reflection in real-time is beneficial; it eliminates the need to wait for data to be processed.
Very easy to use and set up, he information can easily be shared with colleagues.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily pull in the raw data and easily flip it into something that is digestible and visually pleasing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to run into any negatives while using this tool, I haven't been using it very long but have had an excellent experience so far.

Mixpanel has helped me share the different dashboards with different teams that can be filtered/manipulated by the customers to get the information they need.

It helps to track the user events, which can be further used for analytics.

It does not work in real time - at time's there's a lag of 3-4 minutes

What do you like best about the product?
I and the team get to see and track activities from our app in an organized format. This helps us know what to tweak and what to double down on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike but I will prefer having a guide that prompts users on how to segment and categorize stuff.

Helping us track our business metrics, especially for the growth and product departments.

What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel tracks a lot of great things right out of the box, and gives a lot of flexibility in how to analyze the data. Funnels are super easy and analyzing is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was hoping that Mixpanel would have heatmaps available, but there isn't a lot of other things to help Product and Design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel is helping us analyze data to understand how we should be building our product, where we should focus on and continue to make our product better. We use it for custom events as well to dig into exactly what we need.
