Data analytics for review and growth
What do you like best about the product?
All the analytics of my project at one place is great for me to review the user details and the interaction of the user with my project. And setting mixpanel events in my project was the easy task , even beginners can use it easily without any problems plus the UI of mixpalen was easy to understand for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
First of all problem i faced was events were inconsistent (means it takes like 5 to 6 mins to update a single event in mixpanel website ) and at the starting UI of mixpanel was diffcult for me to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped me in keeping the track of the analytics of the project and aggregated the whole result at the same place to review later for analytics , Also we created the multiple projects at the same place.

Easy access, customizable insights, data
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain, it is going well. Not encountered any issues with the data and insights or customizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel is helping us with product usage data, and retention. It is helping us track key metrics and specific action points on what we can do to improve. Very valuable.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the user interface of the software. It is very easy to use and one can easily extract insights to get to know about the overall activities which are happening on the app and use this to grow the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really anything specific. But, it sometimes delays showing the data which hampered the real-time data analysis. It would be an issue for those who would like to know the app's performance on a real-time basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in the business of providing news through memes. We wanted to see the different metrics like post views, likes, shares etc. to get a better understanding of whether the people are loving our app or not. Mixpanel provides all this data which helps us to get the data easily from one software. Now, we don't need to go on other software to get the same data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a detailed analytics of your app, then you can use Mixpanel without a second thought. Trust me, you would love it.

We get real-time insights about who our customer is and what they are doing on the Interviewer.AI platform. This insight helps us make better product decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could slice and dice data more easily. Collated insights based on the type of audience personas instead of just filters to narrow down on the set of user behavior would be awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us dive deeper into our product and how it's being used. We determine the health of the product by user behavior. Any significant deviations are looked into to make additional upgrades.
The product is very useful, and your guy's UI is pretty pleasing and intuitive.

Your UI and how simples it is to implement in any system.

Your support is pretty lacking. They either don't answer you, or answer stuff that just doesn't help.

Tracking how users use our system and finding points where the user might be falling out of our system.

Price can get high.
No option to combine projects into one report.
Some things are complicated to configure and understand, like funnels, big filters.

Seeing how our users use features, buttons, and screens. Where they come back to and which are beneficial for them.
Understanding and segmenting users by many attributes can really help figure out who they are. Decide which we should contact and more.

Keep your mixpanel events maintained and clean, invest in that and you'll be able to get the right insights.

What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to filter in Mixpanel to get the exact information you're looking for without having to understand SQL.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the data isn't being passed in the right way, or isn't labeled in the back end in a way that's easy to understand, it can be difficult to filter to what you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel is helping the team make feature updates and prioritize features based on using real data. It's also allowing the marketing team to pull data without waiting for another party to help.

Filters are confusing and difficult to use, datas are sometimes not correct from the current root.

What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel is extremely flexible and versatile. Once the engineering team has set up all the data points in a proper way, we in Product can use it in so many different ways. Cohorts, Funnels, Journeys, AI signal spotting - just to name a few that we are using on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is constantly evolving. The UI, features and pricing plans are regularly being changed. It takes some time and a bit of frustration to get used to new things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product analytics and growth marketing. Another big thing is Mixpanel's knowledge base and community. I personally learned a lot from both of them.

Good Tech support. SDKs for all Platforms, including Server-side and React Native.

None I could think of, the pricing could be improved for scale.

We use mixpanel to track user events across Web, Mobile and Server side. These data are then used by Product and Marketing teams to track metrics and run campaigns.
