Know exactly what users are doing

What do you like best about the product?
We know what exactly our users are doing in a very meaningful way. The most userful feature for us is Funnels. it helps to keep track on the essetnial proces of user converion.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit pricey. But they actually offer a lot for this money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've integrated Mixpanel from the very beginning of our product. It helped us in the early stages to see what the user are doing, where are the bottlenecks and what people like and dislike. And nowadays we very much rely on the Funnel report for conversion optimisition.

Pretty great platform

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting with insights, funnels etc is pretty good. Dashboards are nice and easy to use. User tracking is by far the best and most used feature by my organization, as it really helps understand your customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only a few bits and tools missing in the platform that would make it the ultimate tool, but you already get more than you pay for :) Also, it gets a bit complicated sometimes and you have to deep dive to find what you're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're currently tracking our sign-ups, events and their locations to customize the experience for the end-user. We've been having slight issues with the tracking for a handful of users but overall it is pretty useful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pretty good tool, Go ahead if you want good insights and analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
- simple and intuitive interface
- ease of implementation
- with a good implementation it is possible to go into much detail about the events mapped within your application
- great support
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, the many features and possibilities that allow the platform may be confusing, but once you enter the functioning of the platform, everything works great.
This problem is also solved, for tiers above free, thanks to the excellent assistance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Mixpanel has solved concerns the possibility of better analyzing user behavior and making data-driven decisions for the growth of our product.

Huge mixpanel fan!

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about mixpanel is the clarity of the menu option when creating reports. Also the UI is fantastic. I love the data visualization options, they make the data digestible and easy to understand .
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really have any downsides. I need to learn to use the product more robustly than I typically do, but that's on me. (typically use it for very specific defined reports)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data visualization is huge and it definitely helps me get a quick and clear sense of specific business metrics when we run the reports in mixpanel. Ease of access to data insights and speed are two defining features that I love.

Powerful but easy to use analytics

What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to create detailed reports with breakdowns and custom formulas. With a little creativity, I've been able to gain insights I'd never have seen with raw SQL.
What do you dislike about the product?
You get a ton of value on the free tier but the jump to paid can be steep. For my smaller projects, I'd love an entry-level pricing tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every startup needs great analytics to be data-driven. Mixpanel solves that problem better than any other solution I've found.

Best Analytics Platform to understand your users

What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel helped us to attract and convert more users with the help of its powerful user analytics which gives a 360 overview of what is actually going on your website
What do you dislike about the product?
Their free-tier plan can be better but I don't have any complaints, they can add few more data points to their dashboard. Mixpanel's pricing can also be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using mixpanel to attract, and convert more users by understanding how they are reacting and surfing on our website, it really helps us to take strategic decisions

Great tool for business analysis

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is the highlight for me. Coming from tools like Power BI and Google's Looker, Mixpanel was a friendlier approach to our business data. Tools like the Flow Report enables coworkers to understand the flow of events on their own, not having to rely on colleagues or boring documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization of visuals could be better. Not being able to change labels names, colors, or even positions on certain visuals can be a bit frustrating. Secondary axis in line charts would also be a great thing to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Discovering our user's profiles, what pages of our app they are accessing the most, what are the click-through rates of some of our banners. WIth info Mixpanel provided, we could answer questions about our to-be-developed product.

Take your time exploring and learning what amazing tools Mixpanel offers.

A must have for product analytics

What do you like best about the product?
As a developer, I find it easy to use Mixpanel for collecting events. Viewing the collected events on their web app is also a very good experience. They handle large amounts of data quite well. Really like how easy it is to filter the events too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, and this is very minor/nitpicky, it takes a few minutes to see the events collected on the web app. In other words, if an event has just occurred and I refresh the events list, mostly it appears within seconds but I've seen it take a couple of minutes too occasionally. But I don't think that would bother most people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product analytics mainly, find out how a certain feature is being used, whether it's helpful or not, things like that. Helps us make decisions based on the data collected.

What do you like best about the product?
As Product & Design Manager, Mixpanel lets me easily make sense of user activity in a complex flow. It also lets me help non-product colleagues tell their stories with data. As an enterprise SaaS platform, Group Analytics is a great help to our decision-making process. The cherry on top: great customer service!
What do you dislike about the product?
When we started, there were some clunky interaction patterns, but most of them have since been solved.
