Best event tracking platform
What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel is one of the best platform to get succeeded your business idea, it helps lot in user interaction events tracking and reporting to make business decision more easily and accurately.
What do you dislike about the product?
No such thing found that makes Mixpanel dislike and everything arranged perfectly

Users information, device information, user interaction events tracking all the information are most important aspects.

What do you like best about the product?
SQL both makes sense to me and doesn't make sense to me. But mostly the latter.
But with Mixpanel's JQL, I could leverage my Javascript knowledge to produce sensible queries that are grokable even to non-analysts.
The best part is their click and point interface for interacting with event streams.

What do you dislike about the product?
The tutorials for getting off the ground with Mixpanel are seamless. However, I found that the materials relating to "writing a reducer function in JQL" to be a bit lacking. It was helpful to see mixpanel.reducer.count's source code. It would have been beneficial to similarily see the source code for the other builtin reducers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to see how users are using our products.

We would never have been able to build a great consumer product without insights from Mixpanel

Premium features are expensive. No other complaints.

We are building a consumer internet product. We bring some users to the platform track progress and make improvements.
Great user analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease with which we can create reports, break them down by attributes and create appealing and helpful graphs and charts. Even non-technical users find it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Cohorts tool should be a lot better. It's the most challenging part to learn and one of the most powerful. Also, sometimes new events won't appear in the UI even when refreshing the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Mixpanel to analyze my users' behavior and optimize our product funnels. It's much easier to use than other tools we used in the past and more feature-complete.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider learning a lot about product analytics (DAU, WAU, Retention, etc.). It helps to speak the same language as the tool.
It's user friendly!

I use it for tracking website visitors and lead conversion, so I love how simple it is to set up UTM parameter tracking and follow our marketing funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always sure what the best way to view a chart is. A suggestion might be nice.

Being able to see how users interact is very helpful. Before using mixpanel it was a blind guessing game.

There is nothing I really dislike I think everything is fairly simple to understand and use.

Mixpanel is helping me understand how users interact with our app. We have been able to make proper adjustments based on our data using mixpanel.

To try it out, it will definitely help you out.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows you to be able to tell a story about users interacting with digital products. It is the perfect tool to use so that you know exaclty what consumers are into and which tools they are not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think that it could be a little bit more user friendly. Don't get me wrong it is a great tool but think there should be a littlebit of clean up on some of the dashboards.

We can look at what works with our consumers and how they use some of our educational tools. It helps us narrow down what works for our students and what doesn't work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Mixpanel's diverse array of resources, such as funnels and flows. A complete and thorough documentation of all its resources would be great for a beginner business intelligence analyst, like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that there are few resources online for Mixpanel. Other tools, such as Tableau, are widely used and content creators frequently put out videos or documents; however, since Mixpanel has a smaller user base, there are not enough resources out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often interact with the product management team while being part of the data team at my company. I sometimes do funnels for the marketing team, and I have realized that Mixpanel offers a better interface than its competitors for product marketing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend that, if others are considering Mixpanel, they should start by taking an online course taking them through the interface.

The way I can decentralize a lot of data is unique and very impressive; it is interesting to sustain the best performance and apply an excellent level of functioning of data processes of a conglomerate or individually. Mixpanel pleases me because it involves big changes in reporting.

No negative aspect contains Mixpanel; I hope to continue enjoying the software at this significant level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel solves multiple aspects and developments of each of the analysis, projection, and molding of data. It is highly robust and efficient; we can contribute to the corporate research of customer profiles or data collected from previous years. It is always necessary the presence of Mixpanel in the organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it because I liked being one of the people who have the data encrypted but constantly analyzed; the software is secure and has influenced the distribution of processes.
