Minimal Effort to build analytics capability to mobile app.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. The UI and the live view of events enables near real-time validation of the data we sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data warehouse pipelines are limited to hourly or daily. There are times when the data comes in later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel does not require us to build our own setup of analytics capability upfront but as you get more complex you might start building your own to tie the user data.

Access to complete, unsampled data sets; funnel reports; retention reports
What do you dislike about the product?
User flow reports could be better; also not thrilled that they deprecated their A/B testing feature

Analyzing user behavior, retention, and attributing behavior back to media sources and marketing.

Easy access to everything, tutorials, guidance for every aspect.

Can not change colors, the graphs are set to specific sizes.

Have someone who understands data analytics walk you through the platform first.
The custom charts help me get the information I needed the way I need it.

The dashboard view with the custom charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, use mixpanel was really hard for me, mainly because I couldn't understand right away the connection between the Report and Dashboard features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Mixpanel I can understand the customer behavior in my app, get more detail about their persona and follow my app`s performance.

Sometimes it takes a lot of time to give results

Retention, CTR, interaction, adoption, errors. Mixpanel is used for almost all decision making

Ability to create intricate funnels and understand user behaviour.

Load time on large dashboards. Sometimes, an empty screen loads when you edit before the graph loads.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to add various data points, schedule notification emails, and ability to give access based on the account level.

For the time being, I could not find any yet but I will surely inform you when I do

It allows us to monitor our product performance, also allowed us to send certain product usage information to clients which saved us time and effort in creating a new reporting module.

Try it out yourself and see, you won't be disappointed

What do you like best about the product?
Insight reports are relatively easy to structure, and it's great to be able to save them and share them with the team.
Quickly creating custom events is also very helpful when I need to look for a specific issue a user is having, and I don't want to go through all of their events one by one.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to hide specific event properties to make it easier for junior team members to use the profile view without wading through properties that are irrelevant to them.
For CS, it would also be hugely valuable for Insight reports to track events by the second they are created and not just minute.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Searching for issues users are having by looking at their events and behavior.
It is beneficial to then compare those users to our general userbase to see if similar behavioral patterns are appearing or if multiple users are experiencing the same issue.

What do you like best about the product?
After testing in depth many prominent analytics tools in the market, we have now decided to continue our journey with Mixpanel. Since founding MegaZebra, we have been extremely data driven. For us, it is important, that everybody in the organisation has access to KPIs, from regularly updated dashboards, to deep dives. Mixpanel seems to be the most user friendly in setting this up.
Besides this, the team at Mixpanel is great. This has been the by far best on-boarding experience we ever had. Good data needs a good integration, and getting this right from the beginning is paramount. This is where Mixpanel stood out and made us feel like we made the right choice.

I have not discovered anything, yet, that we are unhappy about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We perform data deep dives to improve our games and the gaming experience. The benefit of this tool is that data is easily presentable to all team members.
